In particular managing donors, events/classes plus reporting. The built in security provides us the confidence that payment processing is secure. Neon's customer support is top notch. It's easy to launch a new fundraising campaign and track the results. The overall user interface is easy to use and very intuitive. We also use NeonPay which provides a seamless link for payment processing. The QBO sync works very well and provided you set up your mapping to match your books it makes updating your accounting records very easy. Although we don't use all the functions of NeonCRM is is good value for the money. On top of that NeonOne provides many webinars and online guides to help you manage the database and get the most of the various features it offers. > > **Minpunten**: Not being able to exclude payment processing fees from donor reports and statistics.
