Expensify was a nightmare from start to end. From upgrading our subscription without notifying us and overcharging us behind our back, to never replying to my requests for help and our site specialist being consistently unreliable... and it gets worse. They wouldn't even let us CLOSE the account without going back and forth. There's also no phone support and Concierge is automated and deliberately sends back generic, frustrating messages that have NOTHING to do with what you are asking.
