Had to take several screenshots of file paths just to remember how to perform basic troubleshooting steps in the future without professional support. > > Overall, the software works, support is well done, they are able to resolve almost every issue I've sent their way. Very knowledgeable and courteous team at Biscom. We have the 24/7 support license so there is always someone to speak to.
