A must have for remote workers

Opmerkingen: Overall, it is a must if you are working remote or use your computer for various tasks. There are substitutes, but nothing comes close to the versatility, the depth, and the possibilities of Microsoft 365.

Pluspunten:

There are a multitude of things I like about this program. Mostly because it is always up to date and I'm able to share documents with coworkers or clients easily.

Minpunten:

Since I have worked with many different clients and companies, it's a little cumbersome to switch accounts, especially the main account.

Classic office toolkit

Opmerkingen: Generally had a positive experience. File compatability and data sharing was a massive plus.

Pluspunten:

Msoft 365 is a powerful and versatile office suite. In my line of work ive had use of outlook, word, excel, powerpoint and most recently powerpoint. From data input to analysis and presentation, these tools have been essential.

Minpunten:

Costs compared to alternative platforms like GSuite

A well-rounded solution for all the business needs of a company

Opmerkingen: Microsoft 365 is the most universal business solution both for SMEs and big corporations as it removes the burden for the IT needs of the organisation.

Pluspunten:

The seamless integration across all business platforms: email - calendar - document editing/handling - cloud storage.

Minpunten:

The not-so-seamless integration on Apple devices.

Essential Tool for Seamless Collaboration and Productivity

Opmerkingen: My overall experience with Microsoft 365 has been excellent. It’s a reliable, feature-rich platform that streamlines collaboration and productivity, despite minor syncing issues.

My Microsoft 365 review

Opmerkingen: Overall, I like Microsoft 365, I still use it and I will recommend it.

Pluspunten:

I found the voice-to-text function very useful when it was added to Microsoft 365. In fact, it is one of the reasons I still use it today.

Minpunten:

The productivity level it was giving me was very poor and I needed something faster and more robust. So I could say I did not like the fact that it can be very slow sometimes.

The best of the Microsoft 365 products

Opmerkingen: I've been using the Microsoft 365 products to work with multiple projects and files on the cloud.

Pluspunten:

Its biggest advantage is accessibility, as it allows users to work collaboratively in real time from any device. Additionally, regular updates and robust security features make it a reliable choice for businesses

Minpunten:

It can be expensive for small organizations, and its subscription-based model requires ongoing payments. Some users also find it complex to navigate due to the abundance of features, which may require training for effective utilization.

A great platform for the busy professional

Opmerkingen: Overall, I have had a positive experience with 365. The constant updates to make things easier to use are definitely appreciated, and I will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.

Pluspunten:

I like the ease of access and the ability to have multiple applications synced and accessible through one platform.

Minpunten:

There are a few hiccups with integration, especially with co-pilot; however, once you go through the individual apps' training, things become much easier to navigate.

My experience with Microsoft 365

Opmerkingen: Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been good. It is indeed great software for corporate use.

Pluspunten:

It integrates all the essential software tools for effective organization management providing features such as document management, communication, planning and scheduling, and cloud storage.

Minpunten:

With so many features and apps, sometimes it feels overwhelming and complicated, especially for basic tasks.

O365 a good move

Opmerkingen: Over all our experience with O365 has been very positive. But we have learned the best way to run this service if you are a medium to large organization is in Hybrid mode to reduce service outages.

Pluspunten:

The accessibility and reliability of this product. Also the ease of use for users that are familiar with MS Office suite

Minpunten:

The constant service interruptions for various parts of the suite

A Convert to Microsoft 365 for File Storage

Opmerkingen: I was suspicious at its effectiveness at first. But now I've used it for roughly 5 years and I am glad for having made the switch.

Pluspunten:

As the title infers, the file storage is fantastic. I used to store files on Dropbox, and while I maintain an account, I don't use it much. Now, I'm more of a fan of Microsoft 365.

Minpunten:

It does cost some money to retain a substantial amount of storage (which totally makes business sense). And I personally do like other software for graphic design (Canva). But it's still a worthwhile software to be sure, and very good for businesses.

Microsoft 365 is a great platform but a lot of limitations and additional costs

Pluspunten:

Microsoft 365 provides a wide range of tools that are ideal for professionals and businesses.

Minpunten:

Microsoft 365 is limited to 1TB of storage which is very low in a world where the high quality files are bigger than ever. You can buy additionnal storage space but be ready to spend a lot of money because Microsoft likes to bill a lot on additional feature. Also, the licensing for Microsoft 365 is extremely complex to understand and you can easily make mistake when choosing licensing, therefore be careful and ask professionals before buying a license.

Powerful Productivity Anywhere

Opmerkingen: I have had a great experience being able to be productive by having the flexibility to use tools on the go and at various locations.

Pluspunten:

I like that I can be productive and have access to powerful tools anywhere there's an internet connection.

Minpunten:

Sometimes it can get confusing for people to navigate the menus.

An integrated framework for Microsoft business applications

Opmerkingen: It provides a convenient and integrated framework for those applications of Microsoft which are essential for the business.

Pluspunten:

It is easy to utilize the Microsoft cloud based system to access our data, emails and cloud from multiple platforms.

Minpunten:

There is some difference of the functions from each version. It takes a while to learn them. The cost is getting more expensive.

Solid, but losing its competitive advantage

Opmerkingen: My overall relationship with Microsoft 365 is one of necessity rather than choice - Excel and Word are still so widely used that it's hard to avoid having these programs. And, with all that said, I do find Microsoft 365 to be very reliable software.

Pluspunten:

This package includes the programs we have all grown up using (well, at least those of my generation!) like Work, Excel and PowerPoint.

Minpunten:

I find Microsoft 365 clunky to use and expensive for what you get - there are so many great alternatives these days, such as Google, with software that does everything you need at a fraction of the price, and without the need to have programs downloaded on your computer (cloud-based).

Good quality software but Google has similar for free

Opmerkingen: Microsoft 365 apps are very easy to use but paying $109 per year for one account or $139 per year for a family account did not seem worth it for us. I use Google instead. I'm not using complex Excel formulas so Google Sheets work well for me. I can also live without Teams as Google has a messaging function and using Google Meet works well and for free.

Pluspunten:

I use Microsoft 365 at work and for personal use. I'm always using Excel, Word, Teams or OneNote and I'll be a champion of Microsoft 365 anytime because I'm not paying for this privilege. My employer is. Although I do prefer Google apps as you'll never lose your work. It's all being saved to Google Drive. We don't have OneDrive at work or SharePoint which may make saving your work easier.

Minpunten:

I find the cost of Microsoft 365 Personal to not be value for money. I've cancelled my subscription and instead use Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive for my personal word processing and budgeting needs. With Drive, I have an amount of free space with my account, which I have not exceeded. I have 365 on my work laptop so if I need Word I'll use it on that device. Depending on your requirements, 365 might be worth purchasing but for me it hasn't been. 365 was also very confused when I'm signing in with one account (work vs school account), which led to Forms not working, but this issue seems to be working.

Flexible, perfect fit solutions with all the desktop apps for our business

Opmerkingen: We actually got to know about Microsoft 365 from a colleague. We have been on the advantage edge because we always access the latest versions of the software that is both features and security patches

Pluspunten:

It is obvious that most suites such as Microsoft 365 are so expensive but with this one we only pay per user and for only what we are using instead of paying thousands for the entire software version. Microsoft 365 gives me the convenience and flexibility of working from anywhere as long as I have internet connectivity. I access my email, files , Word and Excel from any device. We are no longer tied up to our office space and desks. We start in touch as a team via Ms teams, file sharing , video calls and chats which enable us collaborate productively. Microsoft 365 has impressive security and backup features that eliminates the risk of losing documents, enable us to share files securely , detect breaches and prevent unauthorized access of data

Minpunten:

In as much as Microsoft 365 delivers exemplary functionality there is still a room for improvement in it's integration with other tools. It only integrates beautiful with Microsoft products whereas with the other tools it is messy and cumbersome

Much more than subscription to yoffice software

Opmerkingen: MS 365 is a great choice, primarily because it includes Office software which is a standard i.e. something your employees will already have experience with. It offers Planner for projec management, scheduling and other apps so you can basically ditch other external services such as Trello, Calendly, etc for you organisation. Furthermore it has generous space in One Drive per user which is also great. on the other side, shared mailboxes, disc quotas for groups and similar aspects can become a bit tricky to navigate. so you'd be better if you have a member of your team keeping up with the changes to the service regularly to prevent disruptions to your workflows.

Pluspunten:

The suite has everything you need for business, and everything is integrated so your employees can have one place to log in.

Minpunten:

Microsoft sometimes changes policies and the way certain software operate (Outlook shared mailboxes being a good example) so if you develop a very specific workflow/use case for your organisation, it might stop working, otherwise you should be fine.

Good Cloud Based Platform

Opmerkingen: Very positive overall experience, has helped give the team a cloud based platform to use

Very easy to use clod based provider of Microsoft Apps, very easy to share with other users and make changes that are visible to all users.

Minpunten:

Sometimes it can be a bit tricky to navigate initially sharing a folder, but once you have used it once it becomes pretty easy

The #1 Multi-Project Software

Opmerkingen: I've been using Microsoft 365 since everything was integrated as one and its helped me with the completion of my projects.

Pluspunten:

Very user friendly products. Easy to use and reliable for years.

Minpunten:

As good as the product is- it is an expensive service. But definitely worth the cost.

Lots of native integrations

Pluspunten:

When you switch to 365, you quickly get to learn that they are not individual products, but a family of products that intertwine with each other, and your data connect and flow seamlessly across. Not only do they integrate natively with other Microsoft products, but there are countless 3rd party integrations. Also, your data and functionality are available regardless of platform and in real-time. On top of that, their support is top-notch notch from discovery to implementation to deployment to post-production help. They have a rich product roadmap that constantly provides new features along with fixes.

Minpunten:

Because of the rich feature landscape, you can easily miss out on some very powerful tools and functionality unless you read documentation or get to learn from others. It's often not easy or impossible to bubble up the niche features and make them available for frequent use. Certain workflows can't be automated or made available through shortcuts.

For work or personal use - I love it!

Opmerkingen: Love the cloud storage over 1T per family member on the personal accounts. I also like that I can feel good about my files being stored safely and available on all my devices

Pluspunten:

I use M365 for work and also for personal use with a home based business. I love how easy and intuitive the apps are and how well the apps "speak" to one another for an integrated experience.

Minpunten:

The one app I have trouble with is Power Automate. It might just be my learning curve, but the app doesn't seem nearly as intuitive as the others.

Microsoft 365 - everything you need

Opmerkingen: Microsoft 365 offers a comprehensive set of apps for our office, its integration with OneDrive and SharePoint gives us great collaboration options for increased productivity and save some time.

Pluspunten:

The best feature for us is the cloud integration as it offers secure storage for our documents and allows us to collaborate faster and better. The synchronization between the devices is very fast, almost instantly, ensuring uninterrupted workflows between us. Also Microsoft 365 apps are available on all devices, Windows, macOS, smartphones and even web-based.

Minpunten:

Mobiles apps are not for productivity as is a little hard work on, they are only for viewing purpose only.

All rounder application suite from microsoft

Opmerkingen: Most of the applications under Microsoft 365 comes bundled with the standard license .There just too many products under the suite the most used ones by me are excel ,ppt and outlook

Microsoft 365 offers a bunch of highly usable products such as excel ,word, powerpoint presentation,outlook under the standard license.There are almost every type of application under office 365 suite for every type of use case you might across in your daily word like spread sheet, visualization, presentation, event scheduling etc

Microsoft 365 is an all round package and has an application for all my business needs .So no issue with Microsoft 365
