The assessment didn't steal any ideas from me.. ie. it wasn't a set design task that can be used to exploit participants for free work under the guise of "skills assessment". I appreciate this about HiPeople. The fact that they didn't ask for free ideas via a fake design brief (which companies generally use for their own benefit by using you and wasting your time, misleading you in thinking you're working toward a potential hire), makes me respect and trust them even though we've never met. One of the few assessments which didn't leave me feeling used or exploited by the end of it. Thanks.

> **Minpunten**: I think there is some room for improvement, quick fixes that can help reduce bias: &#10;&#10;1. Such as including icons with text- as not all people know the names of specific functionality, but as visual learners they can easily recognise it's purpose by it's icon. &#10;2. Perhaps, language and communication preferences in the beginning could be added. That might help level the playing field to ensure everyone is answering in the language they prefer best, using the method they are most comfortable with.. ie. verbal vs written responses.

But I do think having some scenario based questions could also help understand the participant better. &#10;&#10;eg. (Just a thought, use it, don't use it).
