Payhawk makes simple what before was a headache
Opmerkingen: My experience with Payhawk is very good, before I was using other softwares like Captio which were not working very well and the Artificial Intelligence failed a lot. With Payhawk is different, the ticket reading is simple and fast and the creation of reports and expenses is almost on live. I have a 200 EUR prepaid card which is always ready just for some regular shopping on stores or even Amazon which is very fast for the business.
Pluspunten:
No more ticketing control, no more saving papers that you can lose. Just take pictures of the tickets while travelling or buying some stuff for work and that's all. The AI will read all data and will introduce all numbers and dates into the app to make the automatic report. For my company, I have 200 EUR prepaid card just for regular shopping or when one day travelling so it's very convenient.
Minpunten:
There are no much cons actually, everything is quite visual and easy to follow. You need a short training at the beginning to understand all features but the rest is smooth.

The customer support team is always prompt and efficient in answering any queries or concerns we may have. The integration with Xero is seamless and works very quickly. It saves a lot of time and effort when it comes to managing our finances and processing our month end. Payhawk also encourages employees to submit their receipts, saving us time from chasing them. Throughout our experience, we have not come across any problems or issues when it comes to making payments through Payhawk. The entire process has been smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to easily settle invoices and manage our finances efficiently. Overall, our experience with Payhawk has been outstanding and we highly recommend them.
Minpunten:
One important area for improvement for Payhawk is streamlining the approval process for invoices. Currently, the system requires individual approval for each invoice, which can be time-consuming. Implementing a bulk approval feature would be a significant enhancement, allowing users to approve multiple invoices at once and saving them valuable time and effort.

I like the facility of having all the paymement an the receipts in one platform, so you Know exatly the cost od the thingh you buy; I like the cashback; It's easy to use and all the employees can uses it
Minpunten:
Cost too much, the integration with our ERP wasn't good; , you need to pay if you want a physical credit card, and Payhawk dont read all the information from the receipt well, so in taht point need to improve

When claiming per diems, if the location is not applied specifically to the city (eg. London) but to a specific address (eg. Tower Bridge, London), the UK generic rate is picked and not the London rate.

approval management - as we have various employees reviewing and approving sometime skips one of the reviewer. Might be linked to set up issues.
PayHawk user - accounting side
Opmerkingen: PayHawk is a good product, although it´s quite a bit hard for us in Accounting because people don´t upload the receipts or invoices
Pluspunten:
Easy to use for users but sadly not for accountants
Minpunten:
We are always late reconciling the account because people don´t upload documents. It make me appreciate the traditional liquidation process, PayHawk should improve on this side.
Overall; a great service!
Opmerkingen: Payhawk gives our employees the perfect about of spending freedom but also makes everyone accountable for their own expenses and invoice processing. The reporting functions are great and the Payhawk support team are always there, willing to assist with any issues that may arise!
Pluspunten:
I have been using PayHawk for around 2 years now and it as been a game changer in my Company for expenense management, invoice payments for suppliers and much more! It's very user friendly and although I do not normally like notifications from apps, Payhawk keeps me on top of reciept submissions and approving expenses for my team! I would highly recommend!
Minpunten:
Sometimes there is a ever so slight delay with updating limits/ purchases/ approvals but it always seems to sort itself out pretty quick!

Payhawk has helped to reduce times in spend and invoices management as employees directly treat with the platform and all the information is recorded, allowing the financial team to focus on other tasks

Correction of mistakes, it is quite difficult to make changes once a card is purchased
Payhawk helps to manage company accounts more easily

Still features to improve: Allow the import of suppliers and their bank details so this doesn't need to be entered manually.Their scanning system needs improvement too.

Sometimes Payhawk thinks it recognized the right supplier. While I have told it multiple times that the supplier has another name. It doesn't seem to 'learn' this.

It is so easy to set up different levels and processes for different approvals. It is a clean and clear interface that does not require lots of training to understand how it woks- it is intuitive.
Minpunten:
No slack integration. It would also be great to see a confirmation after approving, a little box appears saying 'successful', or 'Great! Sent for secondary approval' rather than the requests in Pending just disappearing into the other tab with no info.

It is very easy to use. The customer service is very fast and helpful. They are very solution oriented and developing is quite fast.

We have been testing with the integration with NetSuite for a long period now and are still not ready to go live (currently using Sandbox) due to errors we receive when sending to NetSuite. Furthermore, reimbursements can only be done to EUR, GBP and BGN, while we have employees in whole Europe with different currencies.

What I like most about PAYHAWK? Well, that is easy. First of all, intuitive Design, easy to use and implement and most importantly, good customer support.

I really feel the impact of a missing SAP integration. That is PAYHAWK's greatest flaw in my humble opinion.

The time it took to solve my login problem - it took 3 days to gain access to my account. I needed access as my company had added a pre-paid card to use as I'm currently abroad on a business trip. I was told my case had been escalated with high priority but the solving time was too long. I had to use my own funds to cover my trip over the last few days which was in inconvenience.
