This would need to be tied to an analytic engine (think MiniTab), but the results could be captured and used as guidance for future campaigns by a user. There are services doing the same for way less than Zopto. Second, and that’s my main point, is that Zopto has unfriendly cancellation policies. It used to not be possible to cancel the subscription without writing support, which I think is not okay. Now you can do it in the dashboard, but it is so hidden, that the outcome is the same. Also, in our case, they send us emails that the payment method is not working and the subscription could not be renewed. We didn’t want to renew and therefore thought fine it won’t renew. Then they used another credit card, charging us for the service and renewing the subscription.
