Opmerkingen: Zeker een aanrader voor bedrijven om zelf aan de slag te gaan.

Pluspunten:

Een betaalbaar alternatief waar alle functies die je nodig hebt als marketeer inzitten. De hulp is uitstekend, als je vragen hebt dan krijg je binnen een minuut antwoord.

Minpunten:

Ik zou de landingspagina maker wat stakker willen zien. Nu kan nog wel eens dingen verschuiven omdat er geen magneet functie in zit waarmee het design in stand blijft.

A dizzying array of tools in a nice, integrated package

Opmerkingen: Overall it's been quite nice. It is an incredibly capable platform with lots of room to grow into.

Pluspunten:

The simplicity of connecting the API, the tracking tools, and the way that it manages to somehow pull together all the complex features needed into a single package and somehow make it appear that it's less complex than it really is. The capabilities here are astounding, but if the more complex things aren't needed, the system remains simple and straightforward.

Minpunten:

It would be nice to be able to hide the links, tabs, and menus to things that aren't being used and re-add them if we decided to use them later. Also, the social media marketing only covers Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I'd really like to have a much wider selection.

Great and affordable CRM

It’s an easy to use an affordable CRM that contains everything we need from automations to analytics and campaigns.

Minpunten:

The dashboard is probably needing a bit of improving, but aside from that it’s all pretty good

Switched from Hubspot to Engagebay

Opmerkingen: The experience was not bad, but i am not sure if i would use it again.

Pluspunten:

Pricewise is the system much cheaper than other Systems - especially if you scale. You can run more than one domains and the automation functions are good.

Minpunten:

The system is less intuitive than e.g. hubspot. more complicated to setup and use. Help is only in english and there is no real support structure. Unless a old video guided support. This taks more time to effectively use it. What i really didnt like is, the strong outreach for positive reviews. I think i got 5 messages on that...within the first week.

Incredible Engagebay

Opmerkingen: It has been an incredible experience. We transitioned to EngageBay from our previous tool, which we used for almost three years. The transition was much simpler, and there's so much more we can accomplish with EngageBay.

EngageBay has been an incredible tool for our automation needs. We've been using it for a while now, and it has so much to offer. I'm extremely happy with this tool.

Minpunten:

The landing page creation sometime is a difficult task as we have to make changes to mobile and dekstop version for all the sections.

Pluspunten:

Opmerkingen: I have a lot of experience with Hubspot and Sales Force. I really liked the functionality of Hubspot, however the pricing for that was way to high for the current company that I work for. Engagebay delivers most of the same features, though some of the workflow is different. There is also a learning curve with any new CRM.

Pluspunten:

Engagebay does a great job with contact management, emails, and call lists at an very affordable price. It does what other of the big name CRMS do, at a fraction of the price

Minpunten:

There are some things I would like to streamline with this CRM such as putting in a contact note without having to go all the way into a contact under a note. It would be nice to be able to be able to edit a note or task from the contact list screen, rather than having to go all the way into a contact.

Opmerkingen: The onboarding and ongoing customer support is fantastic. They are available almost instantly and often will jump on a video call immediately to help.

Pluspunten:

The cost vs features is almost unmatched. No bells and whistles but a good, solid platform.

Minpunten:

You get what you pay for, it does what is needed, but does have limitations.

Opmerkingen: Overall, this tool is easy to implement and use and thanks to their support team which is avl 24/7 to help us. I used the tool during my internship, then I suggested the same to my current organization and hence, that's how we implemented it and now our whole team is using it and loving it.

Pluspunten:

1. It's collaborative working environment is so easy to implement and adapt. 2. We don't have to worry about losing our data anymore as all the data is now stored on the cloud. 3. Their server never gets down so our team works any time of the day they want. 4. According to the price, this is the best CRM with all the relevant features as compared to the other alternatives in the market.

Minpunten:

The users might get lost during their initial days of using this due to their vast featuers but their resource modules are so helpful that they helps them to get back on track. Also, their support team was always there to help us when we got lost using the tool or had any doubts.

A con i have to mention is not really about EB but about the "cons" shown on this page, 4 of which have already been addressed and fixed by Engagebay (and work *remarkably* well as a matter of fact!) — So anyone reading this, don't be put off by the cons mentioned without doing some due research on the brand spanking new features Engagebay now has.

Best CRM for Sales & Marketing with fantastic customer support

Pluspunten:

It offers an excellent way to manage the contacts, companies and deals. One can easily sync them from many services like Hubspot, Salesforce, Google, Outlook and many other. It is reliable and offers automations to automate most of the tasks.

Minpunten:

Initially I had some issues while importing deals as it is a bit tricky but their customer support helped me with the import and from that time I had no such issues.
