Pluspunten: QMSC allows me to actually keep up with quality for my company; it helps us make improvements and save time & money...so glad the paper & binders and rushing for audits are behind me
Minpunten: There's really no con; the customer support is prompt & incredibly responsive; when there have been issues, they've fixed them either immediately or within 24 hours...QMSC has a great customer focused service approach and is constantly developing new features
Simple to use, fit for its purpose, helps me drive a quality-focused business.

Opmerkingen: It enables me to actually operationalize my quality system. It brings it from the binder on a dusty shelf to actual implementation and value in my organization without a cumbersome installation or implementation.
Pluspunten: Simplicity, automation of my quality system, browser and mobile focused, great team, and access to quality consultants
Minpunten: I would like more alerts and dash-boarding throughout the product. I know the team is working on that now. I would also like to hire a quality consultant right from within the product.
