Het is gigantisch makkelijk om met Forms equetes op te stellen en versturen.

Minpunten:

De navigatie door de vragen heen is bij de gratis versie niet beschikbaar, dit vind ik jammer.

Free, easy, not perfect, but good for basic needs

Opmerkingen: Overall it's my go-to form maker - it's free so it's pretty hard to go wrong!

Pluspunten:

It's great that it's free. Also, it's well-recognized which I'm sure impacts trust and therefore response rates. It's also quick and easy to implement, even if you've never used it before.

Minpunten:

There's not a huge amount of wriggle room when it comes to customizations which can be quite limiting... also, while it's useful to have it within the Google suite of products, there seems to be endless problems with it randomly switching between Google accounts which is infuriating and clunky

Google forms Review - Benefits & Limitations

Opmerkingen: I admire the fact that I can customize my questions and have multiple team members collect data real-time but I think it will be more efficient being able to deploy forms remotely - especially to areas with limited internet connectivity. Its templates come in handy in gathering feedback and rolling out internal surveys.

Pluspunten:

One feature I like most about using google forms is its seamless integration with Google Workspace and apps such as the google drive, calendar and sheets. This helps me stay organized!

Minpunten:

When rolling out large marketing surveys, I find using google forms limiting. For instance it currently lacks advanced options like in-depth branching logic, which in most cases I need for complex client and project surveys. Unlike other products such as ODK and Kobo survey tools, google forms is heavily dependent on internet access, making it difficult to deploy field surveys - which I need most times for field assignments. Think again if you need this tool for offline data collection!

Good free option, but there's better out there.

Opmerkingen: It's useful, but we've had to rely on other software to make up for the shortcomings.

It's a free easy solution that allows any team using the google suite to pair a survey to a spreadsheet.

It's not super adaptable. It only has it's basic features

Google Forms is user friendly. It is very simple to locate editing options.

Minpunten:

I do not like the lack of aesthetic templates available. How the questions are displayed at times can lack professionalism for businesses who uses their platform.

Easy to use and nice visual format for results

Opmerkingen: Google Forms is a really easy option for basic surveys. I like how it integrates into other Google products such as Google Sheets so we can do our own additional analyses of the data

It is really easy to set up a simple survey and see the results in a visual format

Minpunten:

I wish there were better options for exporting the results into a separate document. The formatting of some multiple-option questions can also be difficult to read on mobile devices.

Google Forms is a Great Resource

Opmerkingen: Overall, I like the features and functionality of Google Forms

I like the feature that allows you to keep a record of all of your responses. You have the ability to create a graph of the responses. You also have all of your forms in one area.

Minpunten:

What I like least is that when you print the document, and you want to print only on one page, you have to change the settings with each printing. The printing is also very small and sometimes hard to see the content.

Great for Year One Business

Opmerkingen: Google Forms got my business up and running quickly. I was already familiar with the Google suite of software so it was very intuitive.

Pluspunten:

If you’re just starting out, Google Forms is a cost effective way to collect data easily and quickly.

Minpunten:

It felt a bit limited when you tried to collect payments. The submission dashboard also required a second click to get it in a spreadsheet format.

Opmerkingen: We have used Google Forms internally, to get quick answers from our team and students, as well as externally, to solicit feedback from customers. We have used it extensively as the check-in tool for a training program.

Pluspunten:

Google Forms just works. It always loads quickly, functions reliably, and connects easily to Google Sheets.

Minpunten:

The featureset here is relatively basic. I wish for more question types and stylistic modifications. And because it is so ubiquitous, it looks like everybody's free form builder. It doesn't boost your brand image.

A Teacher's Best Friend

I am very satisfied with this tool; I honestly can't think of anything I don't like or wish was different. If I had to make a suggestion, perhaps it would be to include an option to add images or choose a background color on forms. This could add an extra touch of personalization and creativity.

Opmerkingen: All in all it’s a great platform to hold detailed surveys. Best way to get views on desired topics. And it’s FREE so can use as such as one needs.

That it is FREE, easy to use, I can categorise my questions, set the font & theme according to the topic of the survey & make it fun for my respondents.

They need to be updated as per recent times, outdated templates can be boring.

Opmerkingen: Its very mobile friendly, I can use it in any device and it's ability to add images,videos makes my form more gorgeous therefore I recommend it. In group project we can collaborate with others on form creation and there are many creative ways to use Google Form.

Google Forms really helps to collect valuable data and its going to be ta future of data collection. I really love how much time I can save by using this and it is increasing my productivity day by day.

The limit of uploading time is so little and I cannot edit any photo here. No option to see if it's submitted properly or not.

Opmerkingen: Google Forms is a great tool. I have used it for our non profit. We have used it for basic orders for T-shirt to polling membership about their experience and ways to improve.

I absolutely love the way you can customize a form for a specific purpose. I also love the way the responses can be captured in a sheet for analysis

Sometimes there is a little trial and error about the type of question to use and how that data received. by the form is recorded in the sheet.

I personally would have enjoyed it more if they would allow a more customizable layout and had a embed insertation so I can make sliders or unique answering forms.

It's free! This is such a great tool to use when gathering prospective clients, conducting surveys, etc! I use this tool almost daily to conduct my monthly scholarship applications; it is such an easy software to use on either end whether you are curating the form or filling one out.

Minpunten:

Sometimes the settings don't feel like they're in the right place; I'm still trying to remember where the option of turning off accepting answers is!

Opmerkingen: Generally very positive. It is free to the user, which is a big plus, and it gets the results that I need.

Anonymous forms are not truly anonymous. In my experience with my company, senior level staff are able to see what department comments are coming from, and with departments of even 8, it is not difficult to identify who has written anonymous comments.

Software Project Manager Review on Google Forms

Opmerkingen: Overall it was positive it's quick and friendly user interface made me keep coming back to it. Despite it's shortcomings it is still very useful for my job as a Software Project Manager.

I disliked the customizable templates. They were outdated and were only useful for the situation they were made for e.g the event feedback template is not suitable for feedback on an app

In my opinion, Google Forms is the most intuitive survey software I have used. It is so intuitive that I think anyone who can browse the internet, will encounter no difficulty learning to use it. Another strong point of Google Forms is collaboration. When creating surveys using Forms, it is easy to exchange ideas with my team via live comments, and the ability to track changes made to the form in real time.

Customisation options on Google Forms is very limited , and Google Forms doesn't integrate with non-Google applications.
