In a whole hour you might qualify for one or two on a good day, which can be frustrating. A more intelligent matching system would be beneficial. Payment Can Feel Low for Effort: While the payment is fair, when you factor in the time spent on screeners and the detailed feedback required for a 15-20 minute test, the effective hourly rate can be lower than it initially appears. Limited Direct Communication: There is little to no direct collaboration with the clients.
