> **Minpunten**: Billing process can be confusing at times. I suspect I would be lost if it wasn't for the billing god \[sensitive content hidden\]. Please buy him a vehicle with a removable top to honor him. Readability enhancer at times does not go far enough. External audit reviewers (AAPC) still find readability enhancer often makes it sound "cut and pasted" from one note to another. Wish there was a credentialing piece to Innovalon/Icanotes. It would make it a much better "one stop shopping" experience. And I still laugh every time I say the phrase ICANotes......
