Easy to keep the yard updated on where assess are. Allows the drivers the opportunity to find equipment a lot faster. It would be nice if the driver could type a message into the system back to the leads in regards to locating or not being able to locate a trailer. As long as we have been with why YMS I have never experienced a bad experience but call in the Support system . They are always helpful and insightful. I’m sure there is still more to know about the system that would benefit both the support team and the customer. I welcome any opportunity to participate in brainstorming or more feedback.
