Sometimes it takes more time to extract the reports. We cannot customize more according to our needs.

Opmerkingen: Xero makes accounting looks so easy. We have had a very enjoyable experience working on our finances and all financial operations with Xero. It has helped us to budget more accurately and to easily monitor our cash flow. With Xero budgeting and expenses tracking tools, it has been easy to properly utilize and manage our financial resources.

Xero budgeting functions makes easy to allocate and control our financial resources for our projects. It offers detailed financial reports that help us monitor how our finances are being utilized. Xero powerful analytics provide precise financial insights that allow us to measure our business financial health. It also has compact security tools that ensure complete safety of all of our financial data.

Minpunten:

We have seen nothing bad with Xero. It works so perfectly and has had no downsides.

Okay for business owner, not good for accountants

Opmerkingen: Can be effective alternative to quickbooks, but when things break or you need support… there is none.

It auto imports most bank statements for you

No customer support, you will get a reply back once a day.

Bookkeeping with ease

Opmerkingen: Xero is such as easy platform to use. Having used most of the other big name competition programs, Xero by far is the most intuitive and allows me to automate a lot of repetitive tasks and keep on top of my financial position. I love the fact that I have have my Accountant looking at the account at the same time as me so we can review things together over the phone or zoom.

Pluspunten:

Xero does everything I need it to and helps me stay in control of my finances as I can see real time data of income and expenses and I always feel in-control.

Minpunten:

Cost is probably the main thing. The limits on the lowest plan are tight for a freelancer- as I often have more bills than the allocation, but don't need anything else in the next plan up.

I do wish it was a bit cheaper. The more employees i have the more expensive it gets but it is worth it

Xero has got very good set of features and it is considered a market leader with regards to online bookkeeping software.

Minpunten:

Xero is slow to listen to their customers feedback and often prioritizes other work and development rather than the features most required.

Easy to use and gives alot of financial reports fo review.

Opmerkingen: Overall Xero is easy to use and there is not many things that you can do to break it.

Everything you need for financials are at your fingertips. From Reporting to daily transactions to payroll.

Minpunten:

There are a few client contacts that I have trouble finding. When Updates happen it changes the way things are used, this can be a little frustrating to pivot of processes.

Amazing at efficiency

Opmerkingen: Overall I can't imagine using different software. We briefly used Sage for payroll and it was too detailed and clunky, with Xero it was an easy setup and efficient process each time.

Pluspunten:

Simplicity and ease of use. You don't have to be a qualified accountant to be able to use it, but if you are, the whole system is very helpful and you can automate so much!

Minpunten:

The support takes time to get your ticket answered but when it is, any follow-ups are quick.

Opmerkingen: Overall, I wish I had changed to Xero much sooner as it saves me so much time and makes my job so much easier. The price is very affordable, it is very user friendly, and I highly recommend it.

Pluspunten:

After getting fed up with Quickbooks, I decided to try the Xero free trial. I love the simplicity, how it prompts me to reconcile each time I log in so month end goes so much smoother and quicker than with Quickbooks. The pricing is WAY better and I'm not getting nickel and dimed the way I was with Quickbooks. I would say it is much easier and more intuitive and makes my bookkeeping so much simpler.

Minpunten:

It was a bit time consuming moving our data from Quickbooks to Xero. We paid to have the recommended service done, I think it was through Jetpack or something like that. They did a great job but there were of course some things that didn't cross over exactly right so going through and finding those issues was a little time consuming, but once that was settled I'm very happy I made the move.

Xero is user friendly, easy to navigate things. And they have useful updates quarterly. They make sure they step up their game every now and then.

Minpunten:

Can't think of any right now cause going back to what I just said, they continuously update the software so it will be useful to their users.
