Fijne software om mee te werkdn

Opmerkingen: Fijn om mee te werken. Voelde goed om te weten dag mijn bestanden veilig zijn.

Pluspunten:

Betaalbaarheid, gevoel van veiligheid en dit ook bevestigd krijgen.

Minpunten:

Slechte communicatie en moeilijk om in contact te komen.

Een heel compleet systeem voor elk bedrijf

Opmerkingen: Wij doen alles met google Workspace. De agenda werkt top. Videobeelden is altijd uitstekend. Het mailen gaat ook heel makkelijk en goed te herkennen door de bedrijfsnaam erin te verwerken.

Pluspunten:

Je hebt alle programma's op dezelfde plek. Ik werk wel eens op een andere laptop en dan kan ik alsnog bij al mn bestanden

Minpunten:

Ik merk dat het even wennen is aangezien het net even anders is dan de vergelijkbare programma's

Zakelijk en nuttig info voor de klanten

Opmerkingen: Zeer praktisch,overzichtelijk, goed, op één plaats,zeer functioneel.

Pluspunten:

Het is zeer gemakkelijk omdat het zich allemaal op dezelfde pagina bevindt en het werken simpel maakt ,een agenda ,een workdocument,een rekenmachine allemaal op één en de plaats hoe gemakkelijk kan je zijn.

Minpunten:

Jammer genoeg zijn er voor mij geen nadelen aan omdat ik altijd mijn laptop bij heb en mijn afspraken ,of brieven ter plaatse kan bijhouden en bewerken.

Je hebt niet meer nodig dan Google Workspace voor het beste gebruiksgemak om te e-mailen.

Opmerkingen: Het is fantastisch, gemakkelijk en niet meer weg te denken in mijn dagelijkse gebruik er van.

Het is gratis en werkt eigenlijk perfect.

Opmerkingen: start geen gratis trial: heeft alleen problemen bezorgd en veel gekost. Helemaal niet gratis

Geen enkel voordeel jammer genoeg. Dat ik het hier kan reviewen is het enige pluspunt.

- werk niet - support begrijpt vragen niet - interfereert met youtube account - bleven aanrekenen na sluiten van account

Werkt bijna hetzelfde als excel etc. wat zeer makkelijk en snel werkt.

Best Workspace for Business Professionals

Pluspunten:

Everything is under one roof, Due to it being cloud based, we can use the sofwares and access the files from anywhere. Real time collaboration with another person is really a great feature. We can also use our domain name and use google's tools which is really good.

Minpunten:

There are more of less no cons about google workspace, but there can be minor improvements like better filtering in google drive, better features in google sheets and slides, using page borders in docs. It also seems a bit costly for small businesses

Google Workspace - the good, the bad, and the downright ugly

Opmerkingen: Overall, I've been mostly pleased with my experience with Google Workspace. However, because of the serious issues I've had with trying to reassemble my total file structure and now having at least 12 duplicates of each file/folder, I have chosen to build my own redundant file server with exponential storage so that I can do not have to contend with the synching issues. Once I sort out the duplicates and rebuild my original file structure to completion, I will likely ditch Workspace (at least the drive portion). I do not see the need to pay ~$275/year for the service if I can store my files at home and access them anywhere worldwide - with at least six to ten times the amount of storage space available.

Pluspunten:

I like the convenience of Google Workspace - I can use my business' domain name and still have all the creature comforts of Google's numerous apps and tools, like Drive, email, etc.

Minpunten:

There is a learning curve when setting up Google Workspace. From my perspective, an average user will not understand the in-depth and granular onboarding process. Google Workspace seemingly treats its users as large corporations, and as such, it fashions its directions and setup process as though they are dealing with IT pros. However, as a small freelance design studio (sole proprietor), I do not need all the features that are available to set up, such as mobile device authorizations, auditing, groups, and teams. I wish Google had the option of scaling their set-up and onboarding process specifically to each user—perhaps a preferences board where options can be toggled on/off to lessen the confusion. Thankfully, I have prior knowledge of domain setup, mailbox management, etc. However, I still had to consult Google support more than once to ensure my settings were correct. However, beyond the length of the setup process, my biggest complaint about Google Workspace is that there is no easy or efficient way to eliminate duplicate files and protect files from errant deletion. Therefore, if a sync session is interrupted, files can be inadvertently duplicated, or when files on one terminal are accidentally deleted, those files are also deleted within the Drive space—a complete recipe for disaster. This has happened to me more than once. I attempted to remove duplicate files from my internal hard drive but didn't realize that my Drive app was still running. Instead of being able to correct my course and undelete the data, the app synced my changes to the cloud, and my data was forever lost (because of the sheer amount of it - over 4 TB). I've since attempted to restore many of the files using EaseUs recovery software and miscellaneous backups I have from other hard drives, but that has also turned into a disaster because when I start the copying process (restoring the files), the internet cuts out and the connection is lost. The whole process has to be restarted, but Google doesn't know where it left off and where it needs to begin, so the process starts from scratch, causing multiples of each file to collect in the cloud, and then it is synced back to my local hard drive - using up precious storage space. Google needs a more robust solution to track file changes and versions, a check/balance approach to adding and replacing files, and the ability to resume a sync or copy session where it left off.

Reliable workhorse products

Opmerkingen: In all, it's positive; I rely on these tools every day for writing, project management, collaboration and creativity.

Pluspunten:

The inbox is relatively intuitive and can be adapted to fit your brand/web domain; it's Gmail with your professional branding. You also get Drive, Meet, Google Docs and a few other apps. I rely on Google Calendar to stay organized with client meetings, conference calls, appointments, etc. Although I use a Mac, it generally integrates well with my computer and software. The automated tools are helpful; the calendar invite system is fairly easy to use. Google Docs are better, in my opinion, than the competitor products because they're so intuitive and it's easy to invite collaborators.

Minpunten:

Some of the admin dashboards are less intuitive and hide key account settings. I often have to search 'how do I change X setting in Google Workspace?" because it's not readily apparent in the console.

Well Recommended!

Opmerkingen: Overall, I am quite satisfied with the results that Google Workspace is designed to perform. I would definitely recommend it to all who have a need for what it provides.

The ease of use. Instructions were very easy to digest and follow in getting the account initially set up.

Your One-Stop Workshop!

Opmerkingen: I enjoy the many features this platform provides, from editing to using templates. Everything is conveniently located in one area & the flexibility of being able to share, transfer & edit data within team members is effortless.

Pluspunten:

It has all the features/applications you would find in an expensive software, but all without fees!

I've yet to offer any negative feedback for this platform.

Opmerkingen: I really like Google workspace. Since we are a small company, we don't utilize all of the functions workspace has to offer.

Setup was a challenge. I didn't know the specifics on setting up our teams and what was involved with allowing their emails to work.

Great but could be better

Opmerkingen: Overall I really like it. It's my go-to for pretty much everything work-related. I love how seamlessly everything connects. Going between emails, Docs, Meetings, and the rest is so smooth. It rally helps our productivity, especially when collaborating with others. The real-time teamwork features are great and being able to access everything from anywhere is super convenient. As mentioned it has a few quirks, like occasional offline syncing issues and maybe a slightly too simple design at times. But overall, Google Workspace is a winner in my book. It just makes work easier and more efficient.

Pluspunten:

I like how smoothly all the apps work together. It makes juggling emails, documents, meetings, and everything else a breeze. The real-time collaboration is a game-changer for our team.

Minpunten:

Honestly, I can't fault it overall, but if I had to pick something that bugs me, it's probably the hiccups with offline access. Sometimes, when I'm working offline, things don't sync perfectly, or I can't access all the features I need. It's not a dealbreaker, but its definitely frustrating when it happens. Also, while I like the clean and simple design of the apps, sometimes I find them a bit too basic. I occasionally miss some of the more advanced features and customization options you get with other suites.

Google Workplace is a Must For Professional Business Users

Opmerkingen: Honestly the biggest revelation I had was when I switched to a different platform for email, calendar, scheduling etc. due to changes in workplaces - and I immediately regretted the decision due to Google Workspace's enjoyable user interface and plentiful options and customizations. I quickly switched back to using Google Workplace shortly after.

Pluspunten:

The thing I like most about Google Workspace is how well the different applications and features are integrated between Gmail, Calendar, Drive and many others. Google chat and spaces is so nice to use between team members and Google Meet is such a simple method of meeting virtually and setting of a call instantaneously.

Minpunten:

The thing that took the most getting used to was how to integrate file storage and management from our business's current server in regards to Google Drive and the other functionalities that come with Google Workspace. This was likely more of a user error in taking time to figure out this process but it wasn't exactly clear at first.

Stable And Unstable At The Same Time

The only workplace you need

Opmerkingen: Moved from Outlook and Office to Google workspace and the experience is definitely an improvement.

I love Google workspace. All neccesary applications in one place, on any decide you can log into. Full sync and document access.

Tough question. Everything is pretty much as you would expect from Google. Compativoe and capable.

Google Workspace Friend or Foe?

Opmerkingen: My overall experience with Google Workspace Is a pleasant one. Especially the ease of use to create emails and to bring other team members on task. I also like the access of the Google apps, the Google Store, and the Google Market I feel that those Integrations are smooth

Pluspunten:

One of my favorite features about Google workspace was the ability to easily create other emails for other members on your team. You have a lot of control Of the permissions that you assigned to your teammates in addition to the easy integration of other Google applications at your fingertips. Teammates could also create other email accounts for new teammates. The main administrator would not always have to be in the office creating other emails for new team members so this saved a lot of time!

Minpunten:

Whenever I needed to switch between different Administration profiles and different security passwords It was a bit troublesome and it was not that user friendly. In fact it is a bit clunky and I feel that it should be an easier experience. I feel that the double triple security measures that Google uses for passwords between accounts and its users is way over the top. There have been times where I've been asked for my state ID when the password was correct! These kinds of methods slow things down a lot amongst the administrators and staff when we're trying to get projects done. They have to find another way to implement security that does not make the user feel overwhelmed yet it is efficient enough to keep hackers out.

Great Collaboration and Efficiency Tool for Our Tax Firm

Opmerkingen: Overall, my experience with Google Workspace has been extremely positive. While there are a few minor learning curves, especially around more advanced settings, the benefits of using Google Workspace far outweigh any drawbacks. It’s been a key asset for improving productivity and efficiency in our day to day operations.

Minpunten:

Google Workspace fails to have a dedicated illustrator tool on par with LucidChart, Vizio, or Illustrator. It is the one glaring issue that I have to go elsewhere to meet my business needs. JamBoard is ok but does not have all the features as some of the products that I mentioned.
