I found a better system with more hours \& features for half the cost. \#3 Customer Service. I called \& emailed for over a week to support. I literally had to complete a new client form and speak to sales before being transferred to support. \#4 refund policy. I have over 80 hours of unused dialing time. They are refusing to refund me for those unused hours. I highly recommend utilizing another service\!
