I received an email on 1/14/26 stating that both of my subscriptions were renewing on January 17, 2026 for a total of $551.20. I only have 1 subscription, and it has been in paused mode since 12/17/25 at $0. Even if I was being billed for this subscription, it would only have been $127.20. After calling, I was told that the emails are automated which made 0 sense. I was assured that I would not be charged. Now I need to watch my credit card account to ensure I am not erroneously charged. Also, if you are logged into your account and your subscription is paused, it should ask you if you want to reactivate it, not automatically open a brand new subscription when you want to view a resume. This was another call to customer service and having to watch my credit card account. It's apparent that the automated emails do not directly tie into what is actually going on in your account- even when logged in\! > > I don't use it often because I find the site to be a bit clunky- have to go in multiple tabs/links to find what I'm looking for. It is pricey. The emails you receive from billing are not accurate requiring contacting customer service and monitoring your credit card. Also, a lot of passive job seekers do not respond when you reach out to them.
