More than Queue Management - an Integral Part of Creating Outstanding Customer Experiences
Opmerkingen: Overall we were able to process a LOT more visitors, reduce wait times and capture a lot more information about visitors (thanks to the extremely sophisticated and well-documented API). It was a core contributor of an increase of efficiency, overall capacity and customer happiness.
Pluspunten:
I worked with Qminder across 200+ sites. What I appreciated most was the ease with which we could transform a sometimes chaotic check-in and queuing experience into a seamless one where visitors felt like they were taken care of. It was easy to work with the Qminder team to initially set up the queue management system and tailor it to our tastes. They always gave us outstanding support.
Minpunten:
There was a small amount of company friction as we had to move to Apple TV for the displays. But the interface improvements were worth it.

Qminder is helpful in alerting each department within this large company that there is a customer waiting downstairs for assistance. It allows each of us the freedom to not be tied down to one area waiting for customers to arrive. I especially enjoy the fact that it can be accessed via mobile devices as well.
Minpunten:
Qminder is simple but powerful and very useful for its intended purpose. As they are always adding updates and new features, it's difficult to find any cons because they are usually fixed before they become much of a problem.

Communication text box capability. It gives real time possibility to text to applicant.
Minpunten:
Access to settings, pages identifications and connections, activation methods of information on screen, design of website
Brilliant tool for queue management, probably the best on the market
Opmerkingen: I am using this software to track and analyse data based on customer's visits. I do enjoy it since this is accurate, it does not have delays and it gives a very interactive and simplified way of using it. Although I used couple of queue management systems, I have never seen a product to be so user friendly and the availability to interact with the support team in seconds.
Pluspunten:
I do like that the software is getting always new features, is being updated and well maintained.
Minpunten:
In my two years experience using Qminder, I couldn't find anything wrong with it. All you need is a stable internet connection and the software will work smoothly.
How Qminder works for us

Pluspunten:
This product was implemented in our new facility in February. We see about 400-500 clients in our office on a weekly basis. The best thing about this product is it allows us to keep track of clients, reason for visit, also the feature of text to client is very helpful.
Minpunten:
Cons would be a lot of our clients have learning deficiencies so it is difficult for some to navigate. They don't understand the reason for initials and to make sure they are watching their phones for notifcations. Maybe adding more features like additional languages.
Innovative. efficient, and organized
Opmerkingen: Overall, i enjoy using qminder as it makes the process for checking in visitors much easier and organized. If I ever have an issue the customer service is very quick to respond.

I like how easy it is to use and navigate the features available.

Sometimes when their are changes it is hard to figure out how to use them. However, the tutorials are helpful.

Opmerkingen: Very easy to use - not complicated. Very helpful with tracking customers, waiting times, actual service time of each customer at each division level.
Pluspunten:
Ability to view which division customers are waiting for. Ability to transfer to different divisions as needed.

Best Decision
Opmerkingen: Since its implementation in our building, Q-minder has made our lobby operations easier, as well as more efficient. It has also aided in allowing me to better collect and analyze real-time data, especially being that it will create the graphs and layouts for you.

Lo que me ha gustado de Qminder, es que últimamente tuvo una actualización donde se puede visualizar la atención que esta en curso. y adicional si el registro en atención tiene mucho tiempo de estar activo, Qminder envía un correo electrónico dando aviso que esa atención se encuentra en un tiempo muy extendido, y personalmente me ha ayudado porque me ha salvado de tener atenciones que no deben tener un tiempo muy extenso y que por otras actividades olvide.
Minpunten:
al inicio cuando se integro el sistema de Magellan o CS global. se nos hacia complicado la interaccion de ambos sistemas, pero en realidad Qminder tiene una buena interfaz y todo era de costumbre, algo que me parece un poco desventajoso es que, cuando los registros son muy antiguos. ya no aparecen.

Creo que al presionar el boton de finalizar el turno, deberia arrojar un pop donde diga si estoy seguro, ya que a veces por un missclic finalizo turnos que no queria finalizar.

Very useful software for managing queues in retail locations

Very simple to set up and works very reliably. Reporting and management features are well thought out, and I like the fact that users don't need paid licenses to use the software.
Minpunten:
The fact that the software can only run on iPad & Apple TV - no Android support at all! This means that the hardware cost of implementing the software is much higher that would otherwise be the case.
Excellent app, easy to use, quick setup
Opmerkingen: Qminder allows us to help our employees with their productivity. They have the option of waiting for their turn or go back to their desks for work and receive a text message that their turn is up. Contacts can easily see the queue and their place in it. It is also giving us a way to report on tech support issues encountered through out the day. We can spot trends and report issues to the appropriate stake holders to review.
Pluspunten:
Set up was very simple. We used this as a replacement for another queuing app, and we were up and going within an hour. The staff is very helpful and responsive. They even reached out to us proactively when they noticed something we had not completed in a queuing line one day and told us how to fix it. I also like the ability to add information to tickets that allows us to run reporting on what issues are popping up.

Other than it wigging out every now and then and having to reload it completely there isn't much to complain about.
