Pluspunten:

Hunch platform helps you to create dynamic ads that doesn't look like generic ones. Actually, they look like there was a team of designers working on them. Options for campaign settings and catalog management are also really great: After all, our ROAS jumped while we were saving valuable time.

Minpunten:

Had no problems for now. really great experience.

Must have Facebook automation tool

Opmerkingen: We solved mass ad creation and automated whole Facebook ad account. With Hunch we are saving a lot of time by not doing repetitive work.

Pluspunten:

With Hunch we managed to create ads for all products from our e-commerce store. It is a great tool if you don't want to create static or video ads manually. My team had a hard time creating ads for all our products (over 3000 products on our e-commerce store). With Hunch, you only need to predefine rules for the 1st ad creative and the rest will be done automatically with their app. There are endless possibilities for automating creatives for both images and video.

Minpunten:

There is nothing that we dislike about the tool.

Opmerkingen: Overall, it works as a platform to set up campaigns with a large number of creatives. I believe with the recent updates and improvements, it is much easier to use than before. However, would prefer if the video and image templates were more user-friendly.

Pluspunten:

1) Enables me to upload and set up campaigns easily with the automated campaigns. 2) Not so much about the software but the I really like the service that the Hunch team has provided. They are very quick to respond and the issues are usually resolved within the day.

Minpunten:

1) Sometimes duplicates ad sets/ads when I pause and unpause the ad sets/ads. 2) Sometimes the syncs take a long while to complete. 3) The video and image templates are not user-friendly.

The perfect Facebook & Instagram ADS optimization partner

Opmerkingen: In one sentence if you drive traffic from facebook and instagram ads to your web shop and don’t use Hunch then you are at a loss. We have been using it for almost 2 years and we do not intend to stop using this app. Revenue from users whic come from facebook and instagram on our web shop increased by 89% compared to the period when we did not use this application. Customer support is extraordinary and our account manager responds to us in an average of about 2 minutes. I recommended this application to everyone I know who advertises on Facebook and Instagram.

It is easy for use. I don't spend much time as I used to do for set up the campaign. I have more time to think about strategy and scalling.

Slideshow option of the products is only thing missing from this application.

Good Social Media Ad Software

Pluspunten:

The ability to have certain creative applied to specific geographic areas is a key feature for us. That, coupled with the feature of having weather based advertising makes this a very powerful tool. The team at Hunch is extremely responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Support for a tool like this is key and their team was quick to respond and helpful.

Minpunten:

The cost is a bit high but it is an advanced tool. While support is good, there should probably be some more tutorials on how to self serve help for basic items like setup.

Best thing we did to start scaling our business!

Opmerkingen: We were able to custom our ads to match the sales and promotions on our website with ease. Rather than creating multiple ad images per item. They were able to install our companies promo bar directly into each ad we run that dynamically changes. It has been a game-changer for Facebook and Instagram.

Pluspunten:

I loved out they took the time to understand our business and make sure that our brand was represented through our marketing efforts. They really take the time to understand how the business works to get not only the best results but the best experience!

Minpunten:

I wouldn't change a thing. They have helped me so much, truly making this an easy transition.

Great solution for dynamic creative templates

Opmerkingen: It's been instrumental in getting our dynamic creative templates up for DPA and Automated ads. There are many features I am hoping will be released next. The team are very proactive in developing the offering.

Ability to monitor, edit and optimize campaigns is very limited.

Pluspunten:

Using Hunch daily to run campaigns works great for me. Automated function for running performance campaign have really good results. Help support is always online and happy to assist wich is great for a tool I still need to learn and is in continues develpoment.

Minpunten:

Ux experience overall is not intuitive. Creating collection or carrousel ads in automated campaign is yet not live.

On-Brand Creatives on Auto-Pilot

Opmerkingen: Onboarding is world-class, the team took time to understand our brand and desired aesthetic, and the integrations work seamlessly.

Pluspunten:

Our bottle-neck has been keeping creative fresh and on-brand. Hunch allows us to templatize and standardize the creative process and we never have to worry about something looking "off"

Minpunten:

I'm impressed so far. I have nothing to dislike at this point.

A simple but powerful tool to leverage on large-scale creative testing

Opmerkingen: Started out with dynamic product ads to try out various design layouts, where we learnt that it does not have much impact on the CTR.
Later shifted focus on testing different images & messages on a larger scale, where I saw big value in terms of getting important learnings fast.
Looking forward to testing user journeys in regards to funnels in the future.
The team has always been dedicated, pleasant, professional and tried to deliver a personal touch to our project. Happy with the experience so far.
