> **Minpunten**: Apollo.io uses a credit-based system can be a bit tricky to manage at first. You have to be careful with how you spend credits, especially on premium data like mobile numbers, so it requires some planning to ensure you don't run out before the end of the month.

> My overall experience has been positive. It has significantly streamlined our prospecting workflow. While you have to stay organized with your credits to maximize value, the quality and volume of the contact data make it a foundational tool for our sales team.

Some emails can bounce or be missing, and the interface can feel a little busy when I only need quick validation. For high-value accounts, I would not use Apollo as the only source of truth.
