Opmerkingen: Quickbase is a useful tool for solving common business problems, such as inventory management, because it facilitates the rapid creation of applications that are compatible with all display and mobile device sizes.

Pluspunten:

All of our previous issues with program administration and data tracking have been eliminated by using Quickbase. Our operations and sales teams can now work together more effectively than ever before thanks to the applications we developed for them.

Minpunten:

The sole drawback of Quickbase is that it requires you to use their own proprietary formulas. Finding what you're looking for and double-checking your UI usage is going to take a little more time. Having an in-house resource with coding experience has been a huge boon.

Powerful and feature rich eanterprise app development platform

Opmerkingen: Overall Quickbase is very matured platform that can be leveraged to create any business centric applications effectively and easily in short amount of time.

Pluspunten:

Quickbase is extremely powerful and feature rich app development platform. It offers powerful features like app development, workflow automation, third party API integration, permissions and access control, data governance, visualizations and charts, and many more.

Minpunten:

For customer facing end, enterprise has to rely on programmers and there will be some learning curve.

Buyers beware

Opmerkingen: It started off great. Seemed like a very trust worthy company. Within the last two years a lot of changes have been within QuickBase business model. They made new pricing models that they are forcing many of their customers to leave or pay an astronomical price increase. This is also hurting their vendors that integrate with QuickBase.

Pluspunten:

The initial ease of use and setup. Anytime you needed help they use to be always there and help you in any way.

Minpunten:

Every year another price increase. In the beginning they have your pricing start off very low. They make it so you integrate your entire system to use QuickBase. Once you have been with them for years they then increase your pricing anywhere from 275% to 1,600%.

Quickbase maintenance tracking

Opmerkingen: Easy to use maintenance tracking features and purchase order generating features.

Pluspunten:

I liked the log book and maintenance log feature of the app.

Minpunten:

When adding a vendor to our database, it takes quite sometime for the vendor to populate in the purchase order section, unless our admin manually refreshes the vendor list.

My personal experience with Quickbase

Opmerkingen: Despite some minor drawbacks, I highly recommend Quick Base for its versatility and ability to adapt to diverse business needs.

All your reporting in one location

Opmerkingen: Use for corporate reporting daily with labor tracker. Used for quarterly inventory and price increasing. Easy to navigate the sight and upload documentation

Pluspunten:

Forecasting, inventory, price increases...all of the corporate reports in one easy location

Minpunten:

Never had any issues with quickbase, very user friendly

A Good Knowledgebase Builder

Pluspunten:

Being able to create a knowledgebase library for all your know hows of your operation

Minpunten:

Being able to update outdated information is reliant on the admin and how active and/or receptive they are with the information that needs to be updated.

Houses many important products in one

Opmerkingen: Used daily and monthly for inventory, budgeting, staff scheduling and forecasting

Pluspunten:

Houses many programs I use daily. Staff scheduling and monthly budgeting, inventory management, price increases and shopping, etc.

Minpunten:

Have yet to find an issue, functions well for what it is

not a difficult software

some difficulty with the search tab, as there is general and specific for each section

Opmerkingen: It was easy to use and flexible, but didn’t have a robust set of capabilities for business leaders logic.

Pluspunten:

It was an easy to use codeless development platform.

Minpunten:

I couldn’t find a good use case for it. While it was easy to use, it lacked a robust set of capabilities.

Powerhouse for business operation

Opmerkingen: The system is very easy to use. It has a modern layout which is pleasant to work with. The main advantages of this system that authorized personel can shape the software to our needs with ease. The software is fast to work with. There are countless way to use it.

Pluspunten:

Integration of new features is very quick ans easy for our IT personel.

Minpunten:

We do not have problems with Quickbase as we can solve any problems that may occur.

Quick Review

Customization is great, especially when you work with so many different clients

Minpunten:

Formulas bog it down. I would love it if there was a way to use native queries rather than having to create my own, very complex formulas.

Read the contract

Opmerkingen: It may be a great platform for your organization, not for mine. The Quickbase team only wanted payment regardless of being told we could add our partners to the platform when we could not, per the contract. In my last call, I was told it wasn't a sublicense if I added a customer, as a paying customer, to use any app we developed. This would be a sublicense under our own. I do not recommend using this platform.

Pluspunten:

The sales team is great ([sensitive content hidden] specifically).

Minpunten:

We were told we could add our partners to the platform only to learn later that sublicensing is not allowed. When we attempted to cancel the subscription due to this issue, the team was more concerned about collecting the remaining portion of the annual fee regardless of unused program hours or not meeting partial or complete performance to assist building the platform.

Powerful, but with a learning curve!

Opmerkingen: I use this as a client of a customer that lives in this software. it has allowed me to contribute to the project in surprising detail and keep track of everything.

Pluspunten:

The project management is excellent, even for huge and complicated projects. It allows you to control everything, down to the smallest resource, even for sub contracted resources etc.

Minpunten:

There is a steep learning curve with so much power! The interface is kind of intuitive once you get used to how it thinks, but at first is a bit of a button soup.

Opmerkingen: Quickbase can be frustrating at times, but it has allowed us to do in a matter of a year or so what would have otherwise taken us close to a decade with skilled programmers building from scratch.

Pluspunten:

Quickbase is very easy to use, and production is fast. It supports a wide range of features and integrations which make managing and responding to your data very easy. The support and development teams are fantastic, and Quickbase is constantly rolling out new features to improve their platform.

Minpunten:

Since Quickbase is a low-code platform, developers are only allowed to do what Quickbase supports without resorting to code. Don't misunderstand, there is a lot you can do with Quickbase natively, but if you want to add a feature that doesn't have native support, then you may find yourself building very complex data structures, or simply resorting to programming to get things done. The UI looks like it fell out of the 90s, but I understand that several recent updates and several planned updates are changing this in good ways.

Quickbase for Manager Review

Opmerkingen: It will integrate to salesforce and it is very great product to use for daily task as a sales manager.We have guides to follow and scale to rate and quickbase really help us see and determine the standing or status of every agent. I love it.It can integrate with other tools such as excel, salesforce and others that help with making work super easy for us managers.It also help business track commission and compensation of agents since we are at sales. It is easy to complete and do my task, it has organize tabs and columns for me to use for my coaching logs and performance standing of my agents on a daily basis.I can access and control quickbase as ease and can also provide designated permission to people who can access certain tabs or tasks. It is well designed.

Minpunten:

I didn't see any least in quickbase, as manager this is the product that we need in our program and it helps me a lot.

Quickbase transformed our business

Opmerkingen: My company is an energy efficiency contracting business with 20+ employees and $2.5M in annual revenue across residential and commercial business lines. Before we used Quickbase, we had used a combination of other software, and a proprietary software we built to manage our operations. Where these software fell short, Quickbase far exceeded. Simply put the ability create, extend, and change our application to meet our specific needs in a constantly changing environment is powerful. Our application has become our CRM, Project Management, and Operational tracking ad reporting software all built into one with a lot of automation and integration to boot!

Pluspunten:

Developing on Quickbase is incredibly easy. Most business operators with basic business software instincts can start building in Quickbase immediately, or they can choose an application on their exchange to start off with. Beyond the basics, where Quickbase really shines is how robust of a platform it is with incredible functionality including beautiful reporting, dynamic filtering, formula fields and form logic, integration ability, and more. There's always a new trick you can learn in Quickbase. In terms of usability, that's really all in the app your choose to use or build. It can be really clunky or sleek. All depends on your ability to build a usable app. The design of the interface is basic, but they're in the process of rolling out a new UI called Mercury that looks great.

Minpunten:

Quickbase does not provide a ton of customer support. They rely on an incredible community of users and developers as well as approved Quickbase Solutions Providers (QSPs) that customers can contract with for help with building their applications. But if you're looking to go at it on your own, you will have to dig if you need help with something. As savvy of as Quickbase user I am, it took me three years before I even learned that I had an account manager at Quickbase.

Quickbase: Pros and Cons Complete Review

I liked how I could tailor Quickbase to my team's specific needs and requirements. It was simple to set up and manage, allowing me to quickly create powerful solutions. I also liked the user-friendly interface and the seamless integration with other applications and services. Finally, I appreciated the technical support team, who were always available to assist with any issues or questions.

Minpunten:

Quickbase was a little difficult for me to navigate. Certain features were difficult to locate, and the user interface was not very intuitive. Furthermore, the interface was unappealing, making it difficult to find what I was looking for quickly.

Deploy highly customizable workflow apps in no time

Opmerkingen: Overall, it meets our business and operational needs within manufacturing quality. We use QuickBase in a number of our operations workflow. Workflow automation, messaging system, and customizable user dashboards are 3 key features in this app that we use a lot.

Pluspunten:

QuickBase is one of those apps that allow actual app users to design and create applications based on what they actually need. This is a platform that allows you to deploy apps in no time. This app also allows you to continuously evolve your apps as new requirements arise.

Minpunten:

Just like any other platforms in the market, this platform is constantly evolving. Areas where I think QuickBase can improve more is its native report generation capability. More chart types and more widgets you can fit in the dynamic dashboard within its native capability is a welcome improvement.

Easier to use than salesforce

Opmerkingen: I’ve had a positive experience with quickbase. I’ve used different programs in the past, and I thought this would be a little complicated to learn, but I work from home for a team across the country and was able to figure this out with ease

Pluspunten:

I like how easy it is to see who you’ve called for the day, how many calls you’ve made and the ease of writing notes on each lead. It’s much easier to create a lead and keep track of your work compared to salesforce

Minpunten:

The only thing I wish it did, is remind me before I move on from a lead to click the call box- sometimes I forget to mark it to track that ive made the call for the day.

Some of the more advanced features may require more training or expertise to fully utilize, and the pricing can be a bit steep for smaller businesses or teams.

Streamlining procedures and saving time for all departments

Opmerkingen: Because I've been using QuickBase for so long, I'm more familiar with it than most of my coworkers are. Despite this, I think QuickBase is a good tool for storing and visualizing data for a dispersed team, even though it has certain shortcomings. Overall, I found Quickbase to be the best data management program I've ever used. After I integrated my data into Quickbase, I felt more professional since I no longer had to utilize Excel or numbers or my notes to handle my data.

Pluspunten:

My favorite aspect of the workflow was that it could be constructed using a variety of different methods. QuickBase is an excellent tool for visualizing and sharing data. As a data store and visualization tool, it's a great fit. I appreciated the ease with which I was able to import all of my existing data from a variety of different applications.

Minpunten:

You could take a picture of your receipt or document and save it on your phone, which would allow you to transfer it to another device. Taking a photo with your phone is now more accessible than ever before, even if you don't have access to a scanner.

"Quickbase" Great Experience, Worth It!

Opmerkingen: Personally, I fell the software is just "WOW" because It also offers many other features which solves your complex business problems. We are using this software for project management feature that help us to manage multiple tasks and reporting.

Pluspunten:

Quickbase is offers excellent features including project management, task management, alert/notification, reporting and pre-built templates that makes your work easy and quick same as it's name.

Minpunten:

As I notice sometimes when task status notification not worked properly but it's not a major issue it happens rarely.

- Users can be taught how to use main features in short period of time. - Graphical interface gives good reporting of metrics. - Easy to use as a ticketing and request tool for interactions with clients. - Easy to find/locate previous tickets for prior projects and work. - Ability to make sub-tasks of a projects allows work to be split up and assigned.

Minpunten:

- Inability to take more the three attachments for a particular project seems space limiting for larger endeavors. - Limited number of user licenses means only certain people can use/create tickets.
