We would get what I like to call surface functionality which looks to be better but then when you get into the functionality of where the software should be, it's something that needs to be done on the back end by a Daxko Operations "admin" person who most of the time has less experience than those of us who have been using Daxko for years or not on the roadmap. Within the last few years, I have seen enhancements that would have been helpful for us if they had happened earlier. Unfortunately, we need things to move a little faster, so we tend to look for outside software that suits our needs, but that then pulls us further away from it working with our CRM. I like the new partnerships, I just hope the forward momentum continues. It's hard to convince people who don't use/know the software as much as the administrators do that the problem isn't always the software.
