When the new site was built, I needed to integrate Dropbox Sign into the Pipedrive CRM. It was going to be too expensive to do it through Dropbox, so I switched to DocuSign which was also easier to integrate with the Pipedrive. I forgot to cancel the subscription, so I emailed asking for a partial refund, but they refused. They saw how little I used it but they didnt care they wouldn't assist. I'm very disappointed with their service and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I missed the deadline. Support is also slow and useless. I reached out Thursday.
