> **Pluspunten**: Ease of use. Integration with the other apps available. Flexibility of the view in the calendar. The reports and analytics. And there are tons of features I would love to explore but don't have the time.

I'm really pleased with the recent upgrades to the mobile app. The only feature I'd like to see is the ability for me to colour code my calendar based on the incoming channel. That way I would have a quick visual confirmation that tells me at a glance where the reservations are coming from and would quickly indicate to me how any specific promotion is doing depending on the channel. If the reservation also could have an indicator of what promotion was used, that would be even better\!

> It's been great since the outset. Excellent customer service/support. It's clearly a company that cares about what it does.  &#10;&#10;I think they would fare even better if they were to promote some of the features/apps they offer.

> **Minpunten**: I wish there was a housekeeping module in Little Hotelier.   I am the owner and I also clean the rooms but I also have help at times.  I would like to be able to keep track of each of our rooms and when they were cleaned, what still needs to be done, maintenance needed, etc.

> **Minpunten**: I honestly thought it was more useful. there are a lot of things which are not flexible. there is no way of highlighting if a reservation is provisional or confirmed. there is no difference in color between a direct booking, an agent or an OTA. No reminder for payments.

> The people answering the support tab are 99% very nice. I have talked to couple of them, and I always found nice, polite and competent people. &#10;Those who had to help with installation, however, were totally inexistent. They convice you to buy it and then they do not follow up at all. They make you feel inadequate as if you are not computer literate you can die\! they make you download give you few hints and you need figure it out yourself. We had no support on how to fix rates, how to understand things and how to continue. We basically had to figure out all by ourselves.

She guided me step by step until the issue was resolved. I also appreciate how the platform connects seamlessly with multiple OTAs, which simplifies rate and availability management once everything is properly set up.

It took me a while to understand where the problem was and how it was affecting my Booking.com listings. Without \[sensitive content hidden\]’s help, I wouldn’t have been able to resolve it on my own. Some features could benefit from clearer explanations or built-in guidance.
