Fijn programma!

Opmerkingen: Het is een fijn programma als je het eenmaal door hebt. Voor wat ik met het systeem moet doen, is het een werkbaar programma

Pluspunten:

Het makkelijk zoeken, dat de geschiedenis van de zoekopdrachten links in beeld onder elkaar komen te staan.

Minpunten:

Dat zoeken beter gaat op achternaam. Het zou fijn zijn als de zoekopdracht net zo goed is als je zoekt op voornaam

Makes timecard submission fast and easy!

Pluspunten:

Makes it easy to enter and submit work hours and the format is easy to follow. Also their customer support team is awesome!

Minpunten:

Sometimes logging into your account can be difficult.

Good for basic useage

Opmerkingen: Overall it is a good CRM and probably the smoothest one that we have used

Pluspunten:

The ease of parsing CV's and resumes saves a lot of time

Doesn't integrate as well as we would like with some other software to make mass data integration possible

Opmerkingen: Bullhorn ATS offers a robust suite with a strong focus on centralized data management, workflow efficiency, and insightful analytics, tailored for recruitment agencies. Its user-friendly mobile interface is commendable. Yet, its complexity and premium cost structure may pose challenges, particularly for startups. Enhancing customer service responsiveness would be beneficial.

Pluspunten:

The platform excels in consolidating candidate information in one database, streamlining the search and access process. Flexibility is key with Bullhorn, as it allows the tailoring of recruitment workflows and provides numerous automations for routine tasks. Furthermore, it facilitates effective coordination between recruitment personnel and hiring managers.

Minpunten:

For those less technically inclined, Bullhorn may present a steep learning curve. The investment can be significant for startups since costs scale with user numbers. Reliance on integrations means troubleshooting can be problematic, and the storage system may require technical adjustments. Compared to its competitors, Bullhorn could offer greater adaptability and more expansive customer support.

I love that it's easy to sort through and use

I dislike that it can be a bit slow to run

BH was user friendly but spendy

Appreciated the fact that the ATS and CRM was integrated and you're able to track candidates across clients, etc.

Minpunten:

Clunky email campaign set up, opted for other channels.

Outdated software

Opmerkingen: Poor experience in recruiting in the 21st century

Nothing to write home about. It is very dated

Slow, not intuitive and very clunky in the modern world

A Great HR Solution For Business

Pluspunten:

The tool handles recruitment and most our HR needs effectively. Well equipped and effortless to use.

Minpunten:

No issues as the product is helpful and never a problem.

Excellent ATS

Pluspunten:

Bullhorn offers a wide range of features for recruiters and staffing agencies, from job posting to candidate sourcing and customer relationship management, all within a single platform. This comprehensive set of tools can streamline and simplify the recruitment process.

Minpunten:

Nothing as such i have seen, User interface should be more creative

Good for big companies

Opmerkingen: Works really good with large teams, used globally for tracking the team's onboarding process, exceeded expectations.

Pluspunten:

Both applicant tracking and sales CRM is offered by Bullhorn, using it is easy, dragging and dropping is nice to have. Getting integrated with other software never occurred a problem. The customer service was helpful and responsive.

Minpunten:

Not very customization friendly, some forms that need mandatory fields should be able to managed by users.

An OK CRM but there are better

Opmerkingen: I used it when I was managing existing accounts. It did a good job in tracking activity and mapping sales.

It gets the job doneReports are easy to pull When you are used to it, it delivers everything it needs to It is a very relaible platform

It's pretty dated looking and takes some time to understand and get the most out of - especially when compared to some of the alternatives out there

A modern and collaborative ATS

Opmerkingen: Bullhorn ATS is a comprehensive software which provides many benefits to staffing agencies. I like the centralized database, time saving automations, custom workflows, and analytics reporting capabilities. It is also mobile friendly. Bullhorn is complex and expensive and may not be the best tool for a company starting out. The customer support can be improved as well.

Pluspunten:

Bullhorn has a centralized candidate database which allows users to store all candidate information, making it easy to access and search for candidates. Bullhorn allows users to customize workflows to fit specific recruitment processes at different companies. There are also plenty of time saving automations for many tasks in the recruitment process like resume screening, scheduling and candidate communications. It allows collaboration between recruiters and hiring managers.

Minpunten:

Bullhorn can be complex and difficult to learn especially without technical experience. It can be expensive for start-ups as the pricing is based on the number of users. The tool is heavily reliant on solutions with other softwares which can be challenging to troubleshoot. The data storage in the tool is not as flexible as other competitors and there is limited customer support.

Efficient system for managing recruitment agency process from client & candidate side.

Opmerkingen: Bullhorn does what it says on the tin, it's an efficient clean well integrated candidate, job and client management system. If you get great partner software's to merge with Bullhorn the journey can be even more efficient.

Pluspunten:

It was smooth in terms of it's operation, it was a great way to manage your KPI's through intelligence and stats gathering so you know you were 'following the process'

Minpunten:

Visually after using Vincere one of Bullhorn's competitors, they could smooth the visualisations to understand candidate and client stages better.

Best ATS

Opmerkingen: Its very user friendly. Easy to use. Easy to maintain relationship to the candidates end to end recruitment life cycle process. Some times it takes loading time to fetching candidates. Otherwise all good.

Pluspunten:

I Like Bullhorn very much. It is used source candidates. It is very much useful for non IT requirements. Following up the candidates is too good. Good database also.

Minpunten:

Overall experience is too good. Best candidate management tool like scheduling interviews followups feedbacks. Everything should be noted using this ATS. Best interaction between the client and candidates. Bullhorn acts like a good database.

Mostly good, with fixable needed improvements

Opmerkingen: It's been mostly positive. I've used TEKsystems' internal ATS and CRM, and I've used Greenhouse. As a staffing company, I don't think Greenhouse is the right tool. Bullhorn definitely hits the must-haves, but there are many ways it could improve that don't seem like asking too much.
If my complaints with the product are just my lack of knowledge of the product offering, that would mean they could do a better job of teaching the best use-cases and practices of their product.

Pluspunten:

The 'Last People Contacted' is a very useful tab to have auto-loaded. Finding candidates can be difficult without it considering you need their number memorized, if they have a common name, or their profile name is different than the name you call them (Charles vs Chuck). The moving across stages from 'Connect' to 'Placement' is aesthetically pleasing and well designed.

Minpunten:

Tracking which candidates are in play and submitted should be front and center on "My Dashboard". The cards available on "My Dashboard" are nearly all irrelevant to the recruiting lifecycle, making it fairly useless apart from "My Activity" if the admin sets some goals for you. Even the "Recruiting Manager" dashboard report is fairly useless as it only tracks candidates who's stage hasn't changed in 5 days. It is still important to track candidates within that 5 day timeframe so it should be easier to see that. The Last Note should show up on "Latest Comment" on the candidates profile page. There's often 'one-too-many-clicks' instances or journeys that should be trackable by a ML engine, or just customer surveys, and then make those changes to the product, introducing a one-click suggestion button, or just making those actions easier to find via the profile.

Best ATS and CRM

Opmerkingen: My experience with Bull Horn has been great ,it makes my whole recruiting process hassle free and save my time with accurate results and great feature.

Pluspunten:

Its a great software for applicant tracking system and customer relation management system Its the best in market till now what i have used in my career.

Minpunten:

There is nothing that i dont like about this software

Recruitment Consultant review

Opmerkingen: My main job is to find candidates and manage them on each steps and this software has been very effective from the start

Pluspunten:

candidate tracking, i love how all of my communication with the candidates are logged in bullhorn weather its from emails or Linkedin, and it is also easy to move candidates to different stages of application. Also there are features helpful to a recruitment team such as the analytics, helps to track activities of consultants

Minpunten:

doing boolean search on bullhorn - not all candidates are being shown in the search results as the CVs need to be properly parsed. So will be missing out on most of possible candidates

An Effective & Efficient Applicant Tracking Software

Opmerkingen: As a Senior Recruiter with an RPO, I have used the Bullhorn ATS & CRM for several years. It is a great applicant tracking system and has served me well.

Pluspunten:

I like the way the software is designed, as well as its broad range of functionality. It also integrates well with other applications and platforms.

Minpunten:

I cannot think of anything that I like least about Bullhorn.

One Stop Shop

Opmerkingen: Overall, I can still say that Bullhorn is the best recruiting software. I would highly recommend this tool to other staffing firms.

Pluspunten:

Bullhorn is the best ATS I have ever used. It is very user-friendly. It only took me a day to know my way around bullhorn. It allows you to edit fields while you are looking at the list. This is very helpful as you do not need to click on a specific link to have it edited. Also, I love that it is integrated with MS Exchange as email conversations are recorded and can be seen by all internal employees. In addition, it is very easy to track the progress of each requisition. Bullhorn also allows you to set up reminders which are very helpful for busy recruiters like me. I love that text messages are also recorded in the system. Lastly, they have an awesome technical support team! Way to go!

Minpunten:

For me, Bullhorn can still improve on tearsheets. Recruiters should be able to edit fields without them having to click a specific link/candidate. It would be very beneficial if they would add this feature as most job postings are really fast-moving. Another thing that I have noticed is with duplicate candidates. Sometimes I add a specific candidate and it shows me, 50 plus duplicate candidates. When I try to click one, it's nowhere similar to the resume that I uploaded. I hope they can do something about this.

Would be lost without it...

Pluspunten:

Bullhorn has helped us streamline considerably. It tracks everything from texts to emails by user and candidate/client.

Minpunten:

There are so many features that are "so close" but not quite there yet. I do believe they will get there but it takes longer than anticipated for improvements to be implemented.

Decent ATS

Opmerkingen: Overall Bullhorn was good for getting resume through job posts.

Pluspunten:

Good for job posting and resume sorting on a daily basis.

Minpunten:

not the most dynamic ATS compared to others as far as functionality and integrations.

Powerful tool, mid level complexity

Pluspunten:

- Great enterprise implementation team - Intuitive layout - Useful data integrity features (ie. any field can be made mandatory) - Automatic Email inclusion - Good support (within local AU support scope, US support has been underwhelming) - SalesDuel

Minpunten:

Built-in reporting is non-existent with two addon options available, the first being a third party who can create reports for you, and another called Canvas - BullHorn's solution to the overall lack of reporting. Cavnas: Canvas is an in-house rebuild of Cognos Reporting suite however it has a lot of key features disabled, such as the ability for report creators to Cross-Join when required, edit SQL code to enforce certain report behaviour and some minor inconsistent functionality behaviour. Any raised issues are handled well by our local AU support, however, the US Canvas development team are rarely able to provide long-term solutions. As of 1/5/2017, I can't endorse Canvas as a complete or entirely functional product. Training: If you are moving from a system like JobAdder where the entire concept is around making the process as simple as possible and are making more fields mandatory, you'll need more than the basic BullHorn supplied training for your users to ensure the transition is smooth. Data Display: Some overarching data is unavailable in any form, such as "Last Contacted". You can find "Last Note Added" and "Last Edited", however, neither of these take into consideration the Outlook Email integration they have in place. Which makes it difficult to determine the last time a contact was actually contacted in any way. The solutions around this are poor.

Bullhorn - Staffing & Recruiting

Opmerkingen: Overall satisfied with my experience with BH. Easy program to manage my job orders and seems to work well with our assignments and onboarding team. Does what it needs to do and has a simple lay out!

Pluspunten:

BH is overall easy to use; It's a lot easier to search via job numbers. The systems is very straight forward; easy to make notes, comments, change requests, update job descriptions and details, etc.

Minpunten:

The search functions aren't the most accurate when it comes to candidates. I also wish the system could calculate the bill rate once the pay rate is entered, especially for accounts with a specific markup.
