Opmerkingen: I enjoy that Simplybook is both a booking platform and a straightforward website. I was too busy getting my firm off the ground to devote time and resources to creating a comprehensive website, yet Simplybook fulfilled the same functions for me.

Pluspunten:

In terms of value for money, SimplyBook.me is hard to beat. Extremely potent, offering a plethora of functionality and configuration options across a range of price points. The simplicity of the design and the ease of setting up the payment gateway are the two outstanding features.

Minpunten:

Features beyond booking can be added to make this a comprehensive digital marketing platform for your business. Streamlining the platform's user interface might make it more convenient for users. Increasing its scope will allow you to reach a larger audience.

A SIMPLE Solution!

Opmerkingen: I've been really happy with Simplybook.me. It's a simple booking platform and what I was looking for. It also has most of the features I wanted.

Pluspunten:

Love how easy to use it is for me and my clients. It has automated my business so I can focus on teaching classes. Also compared to US-based companies it is sooo affordable and I love all of the custom features that are included especially the progressive web app (mobile app)

Minpunten:

One feature I still need for my business is a waiting list per class right now it only has waiting list per day. Took a while to set up, but very helpful user guides / customer service when I did get stuck.

It is not easy to update times across all classes. There are too many areas that also have to be updated and it becomes frustrating to use and takes time to figure it out.

Easy, Intuitive and Functional Meeting Booking

Opmerkingen: I have been using SimplyBook for a while now to schedule my meetings and it has been great so far. It is easy to setup, rarely goes down, is intuitive, and works. I highly recommend it for busy persons with a lot of meetings.

Pluspunten:

I like that it has its own app. A lot of booking website rely just on its website and connected calendars but SimplyBook gives app on paid plans so its easier to use it. I can also add time that I need to be ready for the next meeting; for example, I can make sure that no two people can book a meeting just next to each other. We can also run marketing campaigns directly from the website. There is also a free plan to test the service and decide if we want to go for the paid plan.

Minpunten:

The custom features are limited. For instance, if I am on the $9 per month plan - I can only use 3 custom features. I wish they allowed many custom features to be used on all paid plans like other software.

Great for handling schedules

Opmerkingen: Pretty good!!! Besides those little hiccups I love it.

I love that my clients can easily book their own times.

Minpunten:

I don't like how sometimes it shows your schedule in reverse as some of my clients have paid for future invoices instead of the current one. Sometimes I have to go off the site and verify payment because it's not always showing accurately on my end on the program

Happy with SimplyBook.me - Would recommend!

Pluspunten:

Very similar to more expensive scheduling software. I have used Mindbody & Mariana Tek in the past for scheduling, payroll & POS. Although I was satisfied with both the other companies, the subscription prices for the software was too high.

Minpunten:

I would prefer to have a live representative to help with the set up and other questions that could arise. The Chat feature is helpful. However, talking on the phone or video call is preferred. I have since used You Tube for help with any questions I may have.

Very good booking site

Opmerkingen: My overall experience with this app has been wonderful! Nothing malfunctions, booking always goes well!!

I like how the pricing is! It’s definitely better than any other app I’ve used.

Minpunten:

Only thing I don’t like is that you have to go thru another app to send text messages but the app will send emails.

Great Yoga & Massage Booking Site

Opmerkingen: I’ve had a lot of trouble with people trying to get gift cards. This is something that I need to trouble shoot before the next holiday season!

Pluspunten:

Looked professional and I could do it myself. (But it took a lot of time!)

Minpunten:

My calendar is in :05 increments. I would gladly delete all of our future appointments in order to change this to a :15 calendar. And then manually put them all back in. The amount of scrolling it takes people is confusing to them.

Super Customer Assistance

For single practitioners

Opmerkingen: So far it’s functional but may need to switch if I continue to grow to get more features.

Pluspunten:

Easy to set up & use. Good price. Ability to create classes.

Minpunten:

That so many features require a higher priced plan. Would like to see more of the add-ons included in the beginning plans. Also would like to see form creation and ability to send. And a way to create more detailed notes and client management.

Ease of use

Opmerkingen: Positive so far but I have also experienced some issues with integrating payment processors.

I like SimplyBook me

Opmerkingen: Overall, the user experience is excellent, and it's the most suitable platform I've found for my needs.

Pluspunten:

I find SimplyBook.me to be a very different product from what I'm used to. It offers powerful functionality, but it does take some time to learn and understand the system when starting out. The integration of business processes is also very straightforward.

Minpunten:

One aspect I'm not entirely pleased with is the calendar, as it's not very user-friendly. I can't directly view more customer information or make changes; I have to click into it. Additionally, there are limited options for customer payment, and some functions lack the ability to address finer details.

Great experience used for many years

Opmerkingen: We've used this system for around 8-9 years now and it's been great. At one point I considered Square Appointments, but it was more costly, and also not as easy to use/setup. Whenever I did have an issue the support team at SimplyBook.me has been outstanding.

Pluspunten:

Lots of customization options, overall very flexible, and great system once setup correctly.

Minpunten:

It can be overwhelming trying to figure out which add-ons are most useful as there are so many (not a bad thing though). The system won't allow multi-day bookings either unless enable clients to book past closing time.

Opmerkingen: I am a very happy client. I value the fact that they offer free service without time limit , ao you can have a aimole booking site when you are not actually earning yet. There are quite a lot of featurea for free. Looks great, loada of template to choose from. Every section has how to videos that takes you step by step to aolve your.problem. I never wait long for customer service help. They answer fast and whether you pay or use a free version, they always help! Very happy client

It eas very easy to start and you can use their free version indefinitely by renewing monthly. Free version gave me all the basics and more to use for my salon, so grrat for my budget

The number of custom features is pretty limited in each plan. For example, for having a fully working payment option like accepting online payment and deposit, you need to activate two or 3 custom features out of the maximum of 4. I wish they increase those limit in the future.

I enjoyed the easy set up for my cleaning services. I can book my clients directly, and it sends them notices of the dates of my cleaning. It’s an excellent tool and value for the money.

Opmerkingen: We have been using this software for 9 years and I personally have been using it for the last 3 years. In that time I have had very few issues from 'clients' or 'service providers'. It always works.

It's simple to use and to set up new service providers. Whenever there are questions the online chat facility always deals with issues quickly and efficiently.
