Also if theres something they cant do they take it into account and look at improving their sevices. Easy integration with shopify and good management of staff.

Minpunten:

I can't think of anything I don't like about the product.

Bizimply -- Road to scheduling and tracking

Pluspunten:

Ease of access and managing your employees through the app is one of the best pros of this app.

Minpunten:

Not able to select information on the Bizimply app. For eg: selecting an email or phone number

Pluspunten:

the software has the following benefits:- ease of inputting employees for scheduling.- easy to read schedule with colour co ordination for different roles - compliant clock in and out

Minpunten:

it does not allow for contract verification and handling. this is not linked to our recruitment page.

Opmerkingen: part of Bizimply works very well for our teams and the support is good. It is not a fully functional HR/employee records, holiday request system which results in more manual work and errors.

Pluspunten:

the scheduling module and time & attendance are easy to use

Minpunten:

Bizimply is not a HR function- many floors in the system that are not able to be adjusted

Great software really user friendly

Pluspunten:

The software is great, especially if you are an employee getting your timesheets. The online software is great, it works really well for scheduling time off and the work schedules are really well laid out. The mobile application is also great as an employee as you can check your schedule on the go and you receive notifications if there are any changes to the schedule which is helpful

Minpunten:

The software could do with some design updates, other than that it works really well, it just looks a little dated

Simply the best

Opmerkingen: Bizimply is user friendly software which we are using on daily basis on many levels. Wouldn't change it for anything else. All our employees found it easy to use and app in phone is very simple and helpful.

Pluspunten:

I adore the simplicity of Bizimply. It's so easy to use and it plays such an important role in our office.

Minpunten:

Can't say anything negative, but if I would have to say one thing, it's the color scheme.

Decent product that could use some tweaks

Almost all team-management tasks can be done using this software.

Minpunten:

Quite slow to input/update rosters.Doesn't allow me to sign of completed shifts on a daily basis.

User friendly system - easy time station and additional hr support software

Opmerkingen: Great customer service and very easy to use system. Training was great and follow ups were very helpful too. System looks good and makes it easier to manage staff hours, confirm that breaks were taken and even allows payroll to be processed remotely from the office as needed.

Pluspunten:

The product suits our business well. The time station is very easy to use both for staff and management. Payroll is so much easier to process and we have a lot of additional information logged eg staff breaks which was harder to capture when we were paper based. It is easy to manage and there is always support available when needed.

Minpunten:

The transfer to our thesaurus payroll system is not flawless so it doesn't save me quite as much time as I had hoped.

Ergonomic, effective and efficient software

Pluspunten:

Bizimply helps streamline everything to do with managing employees time at work and off work. Real-time scheduling and remote access help us respond to staffing issues as they arise even when were not on site. The employee mobile app helps employees know exactly when they are working with no messing about with paper rosters or text messages

Very well rounded software. Although the data sharing capability needs refining

Opmerkingen: I'm using Bizimply daily alongside with my team and found it very easy to use and never had any technical issues.

Opmerkingen: other than the drop in the connection on the product in the store I have no fear using this product and would highly recommended to any other company

Pluspunten:

To be able to access the Bizimply product from the app is a real plus I must say. I have had a few times I needed to adjust the a schedule or two on the go

Minpunten:

The issue I have is that there is a constant drop on the app on the device we are using. it does not move from the premise and is always on the WiFi, but the Bizimply app will sometimes not work for an hour or so to connect to the network

What did we do without it

Opmerkingen: Amazing programme and with continuous development it has saved us money and made a mundane part of our Operation that little more easier and interactive

Pluspunten:

Bizimply acts as our full HR Management. We can track attendance, holidays, training and forecasts. Its a great all in one programme and very user friendly.

Minpunten:

Theres nothing that I least like. I think all the functions are fantastic

Opmerkingen: timecards are now very simple to get.schedule of the rotas as well

Pluspunten:

With Bizimply it's much more easier to create the rotas and check the timings of clock in of the staff

Minpunten:

the integration with the business was a bit difficult at the beginning due to some technical issues but then thanks to the customer support service everything has been resolved and so far it looks all sorted.

Ease of use, adaptability, support and service.

Minpunten:

Few tweaks to add in available overtime/cover shifts would be good.

Opmerkingen: rostering and scheduling is now so simple with bizimply, and also clocking in/out is very good too

Opmerkingen: One of our main aims was to streamline our payroll process but I have found that this hasn't really happened. I still have to go and check all of the department's timecards as the managers miss quite a lot of the differences in the staff's clock in times to their scheduled hours. I have found the support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] exceptional. He is always on hand and able to resolve any queries. I feel that there was not enough training provided on the software, to managers for creating schedules and getting the most from the reports and also from an admin / payroll perspective. I am aware that there are classes on Bizimply but feel that recorded videos don't suit everyone.

Pluspunten:

The integration with Brightpay to upload hours in one go.

Minpunten:

I found integrating with Brightpay hard enough. It took numerous calls to Brightpay and Bizimply over two days to get it sorted.

Employee time recording clocking functionality essential for the daily and weekly operations of the business and payroll.

Minpunten:

I find it has gotten slower the more functionality it gets, when you adjust hours on the schedule it is noticeably slower than it was.
