Paycor, our best decision!

Pluspunten:

The smooth onboarding and continued support.

Minpunten:

There is nothing that I like least about Paycor.

Paycor is a great product

Paycor is very easy to use and to train new people on how to use. Recruiting, training and hiring is very useful and well planned.

Minpunten:

I don't have any complaints. It is a great product.

Paycor is worth it.

Opmerkingen: Its not hard to use or navigate but I prefer the overall usage of ADP vs Paycor.

Pluspunten:

There's so many different things that Paycor can offer.

I understand no payroll provider is perfect, but ADP seemed leagues better than Paycor.

Paycor - no accountabillity

Opmerkingen: Horrible - lack of ownership. Refusal to research data issues. Outright lies about functionality of product vs actual usage.

Pluspunten:

We truly liked our salesperson, but even they have left Paycor now.

Minpunten:

No audit trail, no dedicated support, refusal to allow access to all support teams when we had questions, lack of connectivity in their own products

One Stop Shop!

Opmerkingen: Overall, this system has enhanced our efficiency, improved our employee engagement, and has been a valuable investment for our organization.

Pluspunten:

What stands out more than anything are the multiple channels of support that Paycor provides.

Minpunten:

The transition took longer than expected.

Paycor could be better

Opmerkingen: This system was handed down to my team as a result of an acquisition, and it has not been super smooth.

Pluspunten:

The welcome page for Paycor is fine. It provides some quick updates up front, but the benefits stop there.

Minpunten:

Other than the front dashboard, I don't find Paycor to be very user-friendly. It's a cumbersome system that is not intuitive and requires more clicking around to find what you need than I think should be necessary.

Love Paycor

Opmerkingen: I love it. I recommend companys to it all the time, but don't like the customer service.

Pluspunten:

The ability to have everything in one system. I basically have all products of Paycor except the benefits part because were not there yet.

Minpunten:

Customer Service - I have issues where they don't respond promptly. I have been waiting 2 months for a report. Even after we had a zoom meeting.

Paycor is user friendly

Opmerkingen: It was generally positive though I have had better experiences with other payroll companies.

It was easy to add new employees and input their hours

I did not like that we had to pay to get payroll information shortly after our service ended.

Opmerkingen: I prefer using Paycor over several systems I have used in the past. The ease of navigation and accessibility helps admins process employee requests.

Pluspunten:

Paycor is very user-friendly. The point-and-click functionality allows employees and admins to easily navigate the system in both the online and mobile applications.

Minpunten:

Some of the reporting is difficult to access and populate. I struggled to pull reports that showed me things at a glance; such as time sheets. It would be nice to go to one spot to pull all time sheets instead of individual employee profiles.

Paycor Customer review

Opmerkingen: Overall, it's a most positive experience. I think they need to develop their benefits implementation, open enrollment support and EDI feeds. I will say once everything is up and running the platform operations

Pluspunten:

The payroll platform is so seamless and easy to use. This is the best function of the platform. I also like the ATS; it's also easy to post, review, store notes/scorecards, and schedule interviews. The hire to onboarding process is perfect.

Minpunten:

The customer service and benefits implimentation and enrollment is not the best or smoothest I've used. Once set up, it runs fine.

Paycor makes payroll easy!

Opmerkingen: Great! Easy set up and help when needed, I love the new chat feature that makes getting help easy while continuing other work!

Pluspunten:

The designated setup team makes implementation so easy. Each department is included and thorough. The reports being able to be customizable is a great help.

Minpunten:

During payroll weeks the time cards are slow to load we always have to do refreshes or shut the browser down and reopen

Glad we switched

Opmerkingen: Very happy we switched to Paycor. The system is robust while not feeling overwhelming. Very user friendly and good customer service.

Used Paycor for 8 years

Opmerkingen: A good, consistent product was important

Pluspunten:

the product always works and if the site goes down for maintenance they let you know.

need to learn how they want the data entered then it is seamless

Opmerkingen: I would give it a solid 8! We had a few bumps to begin with but it had been better since.

Performance when working

Opmerkingen: It is very easy to use, its interface is intuitive, and it has allowed me to maintain efficient management of employees and company projects. It also provides detailed reports that assist in decision-making.

Pluspunten:

I really enjoy using it because its management is cloud-based, and it especially helps in my work area, as it offers tools for managing employee records, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, Paycor is efficient when it comes to processing payroll tasks, as well as employee recruitment and training.

Minpunten:

Paycor can be somewhat expensive and also limited in terms of customization, which can be frustrating as it doesn't allow for working in the most efficient way.

One of the greatest yet easiest payroll software programs out

Opmerkingen: Its a great program and not real hard to navigate, I would recommend to any small business or any start up thats not familiar with payroll yet or time management calculations.

Pluspunten:

Everything I mentioned above but most of all the direct deposit features as well as the time clock by web or mobile with geovalidation .

Minpunten:

The cost of the software is whaf I would say I liked the least ,it was sonewhat more than other software providers .I was worth it but thats about the only dislike I can think of .

Customer service is awful.

Opmerkingen: I did not choose this system, and I would never recommend it. When I make an error it is ridiculously hard to get help. When Paycor makes an error it is ridiculously hard to get help.

Pluspunten:

Easy to use, and does have some good features.

Minpunten:

Most features don't work or don't work properly if you do not use their time and attendance module. Features are added and then taken away frequently. No ability to make notes in most parts of the employee database. Salespeople promise things that are not true and then they disappear. Customer service is a joke. Anyone who actually knows anything is so protected from the public that it is impossible to get any real answers. They just keep referring you to their online answers which cover only the basics - not the things you actually need help with.

Learning Curve

Opmerkingen: It is a love/hate relationship for us. We love some of the features but are disappointed in how we are not able to use all of the features. The customer service has been a disappointment as well. I am hopeful as we continue to learn more that we will have even more love than hate in the near future.

Pluspunten:

The look and feel of Paycor is great. The onboarding is my favorite as it really saves me so much time. I also love the employee do-it-yourself features for tax forms and direct deposit. TIME SAVERS.

Minpunten:

The Time Off Manager system has given us a lot of problems. It is inflexible - so for employers who are striving to give their employees a flexible schedule and work-life balance it is not great. We have had to discontinue the use of the request time off feature because it was throwing our PTO balances off.

pretty good experience

Opmerkingen: overall the experience is ok. I wish we had dedicated support specialists. It feels as though if there is a problem and you need to contact support there is always someone new that we have to reach out to and explain the situation yet again.
I also understand from our payroll person that there seems to be quarterly tax issues and she tries numerous times to get it take care of. In this regard it is costing out company more money.

Pluspunten:

A lot of the features make sense and I like that it is one central portal for our needs.

Minpunten:

Things will change without notice. Also, if we are having an issue with something we will hear it is a "known issue". I feel we, the customer, should know too.

My experience with Paycor

Opmerkingen: It was user friendly. I like that I could keep track of my time and view and print my tax documents.

Pluspunten:

I liked that all my information is in one place.

A global performance managment tool for our remote workforce

Opmerkingen: We like having a full cycle performance managment system that allows us to add modules to build our various programs as we grow and expand. The next module we hope to include is the competancy module. We appreciate this type of flexibility in the Paycor platform.

Pluspunten:

We currently use Paycor for their performance managment, feedback, recognition, objective setting and and career navigator tools. It has been a great resource for a full cycle performance managment system for our global, remote workforce.

Minpunten:

We have used Paycor for about 3 years and they have been easy to work with.

Paycor Recruiting - Not worth the money

Opmerkingen: Not great. We have reached out several times to set meetings to get this fixed and try to optimize the platform. We have had 0 response, automated responses that are not applicable, and even escalated the attempts to reach out multiple times. When they finally got back to us months later, they attempted to charge us a fee so they could fix what was all wrong with the platform. Then ghosted us again.

Pluspunten:

Integrates with Paycor on the payroll and HR side.

Minpunten:

It is hard to navigate. Not user friendly. Low HM adoption rate. Lacking in so many areas. They should drop this product and work on better integrations with better known ATS like Greenhouse or Lever. I also just learned that Paycor is ending their integrations to these top ATS to potentially force people to using theirs or one of the ATS they acquired. This move has made us want to reconsider even using Paycor for payroll and HR.
