We use Meliora Testlab for managing requirements, testing and issues, along with Jira. It is so far easiest to use tool I've encountered. For us the tool is better than HP QC. Big plus goes to their knowledgeful customer support.
Pros: Easy and fast to use, easy deployment, good requirements module - we got the business to use it!, jenkins integration that makes sense, notifications for undone testing tasks
Cons: No QTP integration, No load testing integration
