Apptivo is THE Best CRM Software System Available!!
Opmerkingen: Outstanding! This is the fourth CRM implementation that I have administered in my career and it was by far the simplest and smoothest process with the greatest customization and functionality! After going through the selection process and reviewing all of the "top CRM Solutions" in great depth, I chose Apptivo and I am super glad that I did! Apptivo keeps the system simple to use, which is a must for sales reps, and provides the customization required. The other "top CRM Solutions" have forgotten what salespeople are REALLy looking for in their CRM tool and as a result, made their system more cumbersome for the user. Not Apptivo, they are deploying their system in the right way and there is no extra charge for excellent customer service! The Apptivo team closely manages my account and QUICKLY addresses any items that I want to change. This has been an excellent rollout!

Ease of use and customization is awesome! They have kept the system simple while implementing a number of dynamic and intuitive functions. The customer service is EXCELLENT! Most CRM companies just want to sell a boxed product and forget about the user. Apptivo takes the time to identify what the user truly is trying to accomplish and then customizing the software to precisely meet the users' requirements.

Easy to use, superb support

Very easy to use and adapt. TO change the system is a simple matter.

Some of the explanations are a little counter intuitive due , i think, to sub-continental linguistic usage rather than being incorrect per se (e.g. "trigger will fire in the next year" means the trigger fires in a year's time NOT in the next 365 days which is how we read this ). Some manual pages need the English to be standardised but generally speaking all seem easy to understand.

Opmerkingen: Customer Service is great. If you have an IT department that can do your troubleshooting you will find a willing and helpful partner with Apptivo. Their customer support team is top notch! I did not have the knowledge base to use the app successfully.

I really loved the idea of the 360 view.
Minpunten:
It took me a while to really understand the components, but I felt in the end I was entering repetitive information. I could not get the logic chain and while have so many options is great, I would also determine which concepts I needed to get to my end goal.

Exceeded Expectations
Opmerkingen: The onboarding team was wonderful and addressed every issue that came up. They were incredibly responsive and Apptivo delivered on all the features we wanted/needed. Apptivo is an absolutely critical part of our business at every level. From lead management, to sales and quoting, to implementation and onboarding of new customers. It is so much more than a CRM for us.
Pluspunten:
The onboarding team made sure all of our data was transferred over as we expected and they made everything so easy for us. It is really feature complete so we were able to eliminate multiple other systems and consolidate so it is easier for all staff involved.
Minpunten:
The Outlook integration has had some trouble with calendar appointments that we had to work through.

I love the automation and how easy it is to communicate with our customers and internal team.

I'm still learning, and although all companies vary in their work flows, I would love to see a more of a road map, as to how apps should relate to one another. Being able to convert an estimate into a quote from the click of a button is great, and the notifications of "who's up next" is great. I guess I just need more time to figure it all out on our end. I know the potential is there, it's a very intuitive product.

After having been using Apptivo for a couple of months now, we can see that we made a good decision choosing Apptivo. The user team loves it and we are still exploring new ways to use it in its full potential.
It is packed with lots of brilliant solutions.
Pluspunten:
Apptivo is a great system, it so simple and intuitive from a user perspective that only basic training is enough to start working in it. It is great that we could customise the fields and we could build it to mirror our process map perfectly.
Minpunten:
I think, Apptivo has a certain system logic and it wasn't explained to us very well in the training materials. so when we started to build the system we made some big learning curves that would have been avoidable. There are lot's of training materials available but it's a pain to find answer to our questions when trouble shooting. Help line chat very handy though.

Apptivo CRM
Opmerkingen: We have had an overall positive experience with Apptivo. We have been able to capture information we were not able to have in our last CRM, and also streamline workflows with dashboards and automated reporting.
Pluspunten:
Ease of use and customer service. It is very convenient to be in Apptivo and be able to pull up a chat with support real-time, with the ability to attach screenshots, and even have the support representative start a screen share to further investigate issues. If the representative is not able to answer my question, they create a ticket on my behalf for the team to follow up on.
Minpunten:
The inability to report on fields that live in different apps. This was a key feature we had noted when looking at CRMs and the expectation was that this functionality was 6 - 12 months away in Apptivo, however 3+years later it still does not exist.

Sometimes working with API can be tricky using custom fields but once you get the hang of it you'll be fine.

Opmerkingen: The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] of the rescue is not tech savvy and is constantly on the road picking up feral cats, taking cats to the vet, managing the foster network, running the operations of the rescue and setting up appointments for adoption interviews. She needs as much information at her finger tips (smart phone, ipad or laptop computer) as she can get. The goal is to use Apptivo to reduce her workload, help her be more organized and reduce her driving around just to pick up files from various people just to have the data she needs on any given day. We are using Apptivo to enter all the data we can so she can update data and status's on the road in her free time. Also so she doesn't have to send as many texts and emails to get answers because all the answers she needs will already be data entered into Apptivo.
Pluspunten:
The ability to CUSTOMIZE! Customized fields for contacts, companies and I can make my own custom apps! Also customer service and the engineering teams are top notch! 24/7 support. 90% of the time they can help me. The 10% of the time they can't and refer me to engineering for unique situations the engineering team is great at reaching out to me quickly to resolve the problem. Not a perfect app, but they are receptive to suggestions and ideas. They work to implement user suggestions. I've seen them implement my ideas from using them with my company.

No way to track ages by birthdate. Yes, you can use a date field to track birth dates, but I need a field that shows me a client's CURRENT AGE based on their birthdate field. With hundreds of children clients in my database it's super important to know who has a birthday coming up and how old they are exactly on any given day. It would be even better if the birthday field was set up so you could set alerts/reminders that birthdays are coming up that month, that week and today. Remembering a kid's birthday means the world to them! We also are trying to find homes for cats. They too age every day. Knowing their current age is super helpful when trying to find them homes. With hundreds of cats that are in our system that we are trying to place we need a quick view of all the cats and correct CURRENT age based on their birth date.
Customer Support is very Responsive
Opmerkingen: Our business started Apptivo when we were quite small, and there were several issues with the program when we first began using them. The support at Apptivo is awesome, every time that we have a difficulty using any of the programs feature, they have gotten back to us within hours or sometimes days. The recent issue with using their Ledger App took a bit longer to resolve but we enthusiastically appreciate their dedication to resolving the issues, and how thoroughly they did resolve it. The features we use most often include: Emailing Invoices and Estimates, keeping track of our Finances with their Ledger App, and keeping track of correspondence with Clients. There are some many other features to the program including tracking Inventory, tracking Accounts with Suppliers, and creating Projects with clients/collaborations with other professionals just to name a few. I will continue to use and support the Apptivo program. They continue to grow and offer more features, clearer and efficient options for tracking the growth of our business as it continues to grow!
Pluspunten:
Easy to use features - Sending out invoices - Receiving payments and notifications - Receving Emails and Client feedback - Tracking client info - Reviewing, Updating, and tracking Inventory and Accounts Payables. There are many other features but these we use in general.
Minpunten:
Some errors with Invoices through paypal that require the client to input the info more than once, especially when there is Updates to the program. This has happened on some occasions, but is no longer an issue that we experience.
Exactly what we needed.
Opmerkingen: This is an amazing tool for the price. Being a 10 year Salesforce user, making the jump to Apptivo for the small business I know work in was easy. I'm so impressed not only on the features set but also on their support. This has everything you need to run your business. And it's so nice that the platform can scale as your adoption and business grows.

- Very affordable - So many features and applications for running the entire company - Very straightforward interface and easy to learn basics right away - One of the best FAQs and tutorials I have ever seen for a SAAS solution - Customer service is very responsive and helpful. - Limited on ability to delete data or modules once they're created (Have to message tech support to delete) - Custom app builder takes awhile to learn and understand - Are not able to clone apps for different divisons to use seperate from eachother (for instance want to use project management app for our sales team and then seperate instance for our production team. Both can use the same tool but in different ways for tracking)
Apptivo Customization for Business Workflow
Opmerkingen: Developer/customization team has been outstanding and continue to be great partners as we tweak the implementation. It took us 11 months (somewhat due to the constraints with the pandemic and some very busy months) to launch the product, but the development time yielded a much better solution than we might have first imagined. We wanted to have a near completely finished product before putting it into the hands of the users. The timeframe was solely dependent on our time to review our needs and assist Apptivo with their work for us. They were extremely patient and supportive through the entire process and continue to be that way now that we're doing final adjustments based on team experiences and feedback.
Pluspunten:
Selected this software based on flexibility to use modules and customize to enable the creation of an entire workflow within one application/one database. Able to replace several, disconnected data sources and reduce duplicate data entry. Already established integrations with desired third-party apps.
Minpunten:
Some integrations required more work and customization than initially expected; some API integrations still need some work to achieve our expectations.
All-in-one ERP - broad coverage at a reasonable price

Pluspunten:
An extremely broad range of applications. Apptivo beats most competitors in this respect; it really is an 'all-in-one' ERP in fact - not just a CRM. At the same time Apptivo is excellent value for the money. The 'in-app' live chat support is especially helpful, as you can deal with issues as they occur. The pricing is per user, broadening the base of potential organizations who will find Apptivo appealing from the outset, and scaling as the organization grows larger.
Minpunten:
Being a 'jack of all trades', Apptivo cannot be expected to excel in every area. Some features - such as the two Wordpress plugins - seem neglected and are seldom updated or promoted. Given the popularity of WP it seems to be a missed opportunity to expand into the help desk market. Another example would be the customer portal, it seems a bit awkward. The customer must sign-up through Xinnect and then Apptivo as well to access their portal, even though Apptivo might not be relevant to them. It is also difficult to control exactly what clients will see, and they are shown a lot of irrelevant fields, even though there is a rudimentary role assignment mechanism. Combining this with cases (tickets) and answers (knowledge-base) should in theory provide an alternative to a help desk, but it is a long way round.

Great Support and Product

The ease of use for this product is great. At first it was a little tricky getting used to the system to setup the entire CRM. BUT, the online customer support team is phenomenal. They are quick to answer and knowledgeable on how to get exactly what you want. I just had a work-through to modify a portion of my app and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] helped me out with ease and rather swiftly.
Minpunten:
It is a little slow (not bad at all) when refreshing pages or sending emails from Apptivo. I would guess it is approximately a 2-3 second lag versus just sending emails out via Outlook or any other service. This is NOT a huge negative, especially since the rest of Apptivo and all the bells & whistles are so good.
